Identifikasi citra sidik jari terdistorsi menggunakan metode diagram Voronoi dan Wavelet Daubechies

Sidik jari merupakan ciri khas yang dimiliki oleh manusia untuk membedakan manusia satu dengan yang lainnya, kriteria sidik jari itu ada 2 sidik jari tidak akan berubah dan sidik jari tidak sama dengan sidik jari yang lainnya. Oleh sebab itu dalam sidik jari merupakan bukti yang kuat untuk mengungkap kejahatan karena sifatnya yang permanen. Sidik jari yang ada di tempat kejadian perkara merupakan sidik jari terdistorsi, oleh sebab itu pada penelitian ini dengan judul identifikasi citra sidik jari terdistorsi menggunakan Diagram Voronoi dan Wavelet Daubechies untuk memecahkan permasalahan sehingga menemukan identitas sidik jari pelaku yang ada di TKP, metode Diagram Voronoi untuk menentukan sidik jari terdistorsi sebagian berada pada wilayah dengan titik pusat sebagai acuan pada sidik jari utuh yang ada didatabase, sedangkan Wavelet Daubechies mengektraksi feuture sehingga menghasilkan 4 nilai keofisien yaitu approksimasi, diagonal, vertical, horizontal pada masing-masing sidik jari antara sidik jari terdistorsi dan sidik jari didatabase, sehingga proses terakhir yaitu similarity search untuk menentukan jarak Euclidian Distance mencari nilai terkecil karena nilai Euclidian Distance semakin kecil nilainya maka semakin akurat. Sehingga pada penelitian ini menghasilkan tingkat akurasi 3 bagian : 6 besar teratas tingkat akurasi 84,754%, 3 besar teratas tingkat akurasi 81,25%, 1 besar teratas tingkat akurasi 64.583%, dengan waktu pencarian dalam 1 percobaan 3,32 menit dari 40 orang data uji dan masing-masing minimal 5 citra sidik jari.

The fingerprint is the identical thing that human possesses to differ the human with another. There are two specifications of the fingerprint that will not change and the fingerprint will not be the same with the other. Thus, fingerprint is the strong evidence to reveal the crime action because of its permanent nature. The fingerprint on the crime scene is the distorted fingerprint. Thus, on this research by the title Distorted Image Fingerprint Identification Using Voronoi and Wavelet Daubechies Diagrams Method is to reveal the problem in order to find the fingerprint identity of the suspect at the crime scene. The Voronoi diagram method is to determind the part of distorted fingerprint on the area where the central spot as the reference on the whole fingerprint in the database, while the Wavelet Daubecies extracts the feuture in order to bring out 4 coefficient score those are approximation, diagonal, vertical, and horizontal on each fingerprint between the distorted fingerprint and the fingerprint in the database. So, the last process is the similarity research to determine the distance of Euclidian to find out the lowest point of it because the lower point of Euclidian Distance, the more accuracy we can get. So, in this research produce the accuracy level into three parts: the big six of the accuracy level of 84,25%, one big highest with the accuracy level of 64.583% with the approximately times in 1 hour of test in 3,32 minutes from 40 people that being data test and each of it are approximately 5 images of fingerprint.
