Rancang bangun desain 3d library cafe dengan metode multimedia development life cycle MDLC di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Univestitas Islam Negeri UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten

Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten berencana menyediakan fasilitas Library Cafe untuk menunjang aktivitas belajar mahasiswa diluar jam perkuliahan, sehingga dibutuhkannya desain 3D untuk konsep awal perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun desain 3D Library Cafe dengan Metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D), dengan metode pengembangan MDLC yang memiliki enam tahapan yaitu tahapan konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan dan material, tahap pembuatan, tahap pengujian, dan tahap distribusi. Dimulai dari tahap konsep, dilakukan wawancara dengan ahli arsitektur untuk menggali kebutuhan penerapan Green Building pada aspek Efisiensi Energi dan Konservasi. Tahap desain, menghasilkan storyboard visual penerapan konsep Green Building. Tahap pengumpulan bahan dan material, memuat pemilihan perabot dan material. Tahap pembuatan, menggunakan aplikasi Coohom untuk membangun denah 2D, model 3D, dan rendering. Tahap pengujian, dilakukan melalui kuesioner ISO 9241-11 kepada 25 mahasiswa serta validasi ahli arsitektur menggunakan Energy Efficiency and Conservation Checklist. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan presentase 86,4% dan validasi ahli sebesar 90%. Tahap terakhir, mendistribusikan produk dengan memberikan akses tautan desain 3D kepada pihak Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode MDLC dapat diterapkan dalam proses rancang bangun desain 3D Library Cafe dari tahap konsep hingga distribusi, dengan hasil uji kelayakan yang memenuhi kategori yang ditetapkan.

The Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten plans to provide a Library Cafe facility to support student learning activities outside of lecture hours, thus requiring a 3D design for the initial planning concept. This study aims to design and build a 3D design of the Library Cafe using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. This research is classified as Research and Development (R&D), employing the MDLC development method, which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collection, production, testing, and distribution. Starting with the concept stage, interviews were conducted with architectural experts to explore the requirements for implementing Green Building principles in the aspects of Energy Efficiency and Conservation. The design stage produced a visual storyboard of the Green Building concept application. The material collection stage involved the selection of furniture and materials. In the production stage, the Coohom application was used to create a 2D floor plan, 3D models, and renderings. The testing stage was conducted through an ISO 9241-11 questionnaire distributed to 25 students, as well as expert validation by an architect using the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Checklist. The feasibility test results showed a percentage of 86.4%, while the expert validation yielded 90%. In the final stage, the product was distributed by providing access to the 3D design link to the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Based on the research findings, the MDLC method can be applied in the design and development process of the 3D Library Cafe design from the concept stage to distribution, with feasibility test results that meet the predetermined criteria.

تخطط كلية العلوم والتكنولوجيا بجامعة السلطان مولانا حسن الدين بانتن لتوفير مقهى مكتبة (Library Cafe) لدعم الأنشطة الدراسية للطلاب خارج ساعات المحاضرات، مما يستلزم وجود تصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد (3D) لمفهوم التخطيط الأولي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم وبناء تصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد لمقهى المكتبة باستخدام دورة حياة تطوير الوسائط المتعددة (MDLC) في كلية العلوم والتكنولوجيا بجامعة السلطان مولانا حسن الدين بانتن. يُصنف هذا البحث ضمن فئة البحث والتطوير (R&D)، مع استخدام طريقة تطوير MDLC التي تتكون من ست مراحل: مرحلة المفهوم، والتصميم، وجمع المواد والخامات، ومرحلة الإنتاج، ومرحلة الاختبار، ومرحلة التوزيع. بدءًا من مرحلة المفهوم، تم إجراء مقابلات مع خبراء الهندسة المعمارية لاستكشاف متطلبات تطبيق مبادئ المباني الخضراء في جانبي كفاءة الطاقة والحفاظ عليها. أنتجت مرحلة التصميم لوحة قصصية (storyboard) بصرية لمفهوم تطبيق المباني الخضراء. تضمنت مرحلة جمع المواد والخامات اختيار الأثاث والمواد. في مرحلة الإنتاج، تم استخدام تطبيق Coohom لإنشاء المخطط ثنائي الأبعاد ((2D، والنماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد ((3D، والتصيير (rendering). أُجريت مرحلة الاختبار من خلال استبيان ISO 9241-11 على 25 طالبًا، بالإضافة إلى التحقق من صحة الخبراء بواسطة مهندس معماري باستخدام قائمة تدقيق كفاءة الطاقة والحفاظ عليها. أظهرت نتائج اختبار الجدوى نسبة 86.4%، بينما بلغت نسبة التحقق من صحة الخبراء 90%. في المرحلة النهائية، تم توزيع المنتج من خلال توفير رابط الوصول إلى التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد لكلية العلوم والتكنولوجيا بجامعة السلطان مولانا حسن الدين بانتن. استنادًا إلى نتائج البحث، يمكن تطبيق طريقة MDLC في عملية تصميم وبناء التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد لمقهى المكتبة بدءًا من مرحلة المفهوم وحتى التوزيع، وذلك بنتائج اختبار جدوى تلبي المعايير المحددة مسبقًا
