Implementasi sistem full day school dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik di MI Unggulan Sabilillah Lamongan

Karakter religius merupakan salah satu karakter penting yang perlu ditanamkan kepada peserta didik sejak usia dini. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan lembaga pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik adalah melalui penerapan model Full Day School. MI Unggulan Sabilillah Lamongan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang menerapkan model Full Day School dengan berbagai program keagamaan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan pembiasaan sehari-hari.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) perencanaan implementasi model Full Day School dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik di MI Unggulan Sabilillah Lamongan, (2) implementasi model Full Day School dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik, dan (3) evaluasi implementasi model Full Day School dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan implementasi model Full Day School dilakukan melalui pengembangan kurikulum terpadu yang mengombinasikan kurikulum nasional, kurikulum madrasah, dan hidden curriculum serta penyusunan program religius harian, mingguan, bulanan, semesteran, dan tahunan; (2) implementasi model Full Day School dilaksanakan melalui integrasi nilai-nilai religius dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, pembiasaan ibadah, program tahfidz, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan berbagai kegiatan keagamaan lainnya; (3) evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian aspek afektif, observasi perilaku peserta didik, pemantauan kegiatan ibadah dan hafalan, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua melalui buku penghubung dan forum komunikasi. Implementasi model Full Day School terbukti mampu membentuk karakter religius peserta didik melalui pembiasaan yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.

Religious character is an important trait that needs to be instilled in students from an early age. One effort made by educational institutions to shape students' religious character is through the implementation of the Full-Day School model. MI Unggulan Sabilillah Lamongan is one of the educational institutions that implements the Full-Day School model, with various religious programs integrated into daily learning activities and habits.

This study aims to describe: (1) the planning for implementing the Full Day School model to shape the religious character of students at MI Unggulan Sabilillah Lamongan, (2) the implementation of the Full Day School model in shaping the religious character of students, and (3) the evaluation of the implementation of the Full Day School model in shaping the religious character of students.

This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was achieved through source triangulation and technical triangulation.

The results of the study indicate that: (1) the planning for implementing the Full Day School model was carried out through the development of an integrated curriculum that combines the national curriculum, madrasah curriculum, and hidden curriculum, as well as the development of daily, weekly, monthly, semester, and annual religious programs; (2) the implementation of the Full Day School model was carried out through the integration of religious values in learning activities, worship habits, tahfidz programs, extracurricular activities, and various other religious activities; (3) Evaluation is conducted through affective assessment, observation of student behavior, monitoring of religious activities and memorization, and collaboration with parents through a liaison book and communication forum. Implementation of the Full Day School model has been proven to be effective in shaping students' religious character through continuous habituation.

تُعد الشخصية الدينية سمة جوهرية ينبغي غرسها في الطلاب منذ سن مبكرة. ومن الاستراتيجيات التي تتبعها المؤسسات التعليمية لتشكيل الشخصية الدينية للطلاب تطبيق نموذج "المدرسة ذات اليوم الكامل". وتُعد مدرسة " مدرسة سبيل الله الابتدائية الإسلامية المتميزة بلامونغان" نموذجاً لهذه المؤسسات، حيث تعتمد هذا النظام إلى جانب برامج دينية متنوعة مدمجة في الأنشطة التعليمية اليومية وممارسات ترسيخ العادات والسلوكيات.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف: (1) تخطيط تنفيذ نموذج المدرسة ذات اليوم الكامل لتشكيل الشخصية الدينية للطلاب في مدرسة " مدرسة سبيل الله الابتدائية الإسلامية المتميزة بلامونغان"؛ (2) تنفيذ هذا النموذج في تشكيل الشخصية الدينية للطلاب؛ و(3) تقييم تنفيذ النموذج فيما يتعلق بتشكيل الشخصية الدينية للطلاب.

تعتمد هذه الدراسة المنهج النوعي (الكيفي) باستخدام تصميم دراسة الحالة. وشملت تقنيات جمع البيانات: الملاحظة، والمقابلات، وتحليل الوثائق. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نموذج "مايلز وهوبيرمان وسالدانا"، الذي يتضمن تكثيف البيانات، وعرض البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج. كما تم ضمان صحة وموثوقية البيانات من خلال تثليث المصادر وتثليث التقنيات.

وتشير نتائج البحث إلى ما يلي: (1) تضمن التخطيط لتنفيذ نموذج المدرسة ذات اليوم الكامل تطوير منهج متكامل يجمع بين المنهج الوطني، ومنهج المدرسة الدينية (المدرسة)، و"المنهج الخفي"، فضلاً عن هيكلة البرامج الدينية اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية والفصلية والسنوية؛ (2) تم تنفيذ النموذج من خلال دمج القيم الدينية في الأنشطة التعليمية، والعبادات، وبرامج تحفيظ القرآن الكريم، والأنشطة اللاصفية، والفعاليات الدينية المتنوعة؛ (3) تم إجراء التقييم من خلال قياس الجوانب الوجدانية، وملاحظة سلوك الطلاب، ومتابعة أنشطة العبادة والحفظ، والتعاون مع أولياء الأمور عبر سجلات التواصل واللقاءات المشتركة. وقد أثبت تطبيق نموذج المدرسة ذات اليوم الكامل فعاليته في تشكيل الشخصية الدينية للطلاب من خلال ممارسات ترسيخ العادات المستمرة.
