Kurikulum pembinaan keislaman dalam organisasi politik: Studi program kaderisasi PKS Muda di DPD PKS Kabupaten Malang

Krisis moral dalam dunia politik Indonesia dan lemahnya sistem kaderisasi partai mendorong perlunya kajian terhadap model pembinaan keislaman berbasis kurikulum di luar ranah pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum pembinaan keislaman dalam program kaderisasi PKS Muda di DPD PKS Kabupaten Malang.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Narasumber utama adalah Ketua BKAP DPD PKS Kabupaten Malang dan pembina Unit Pembinaan Anggota (UPA). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik.

Terdapat tiga temuan utama. Pertama, kaderisasi Partai (KKP) PKS Muda memiliki konsep yang kokoh dan sistematis, memenuhi empat komponen kurikulum Tyler secara konsisten tujuan, materi, proses, dan evaluasi dengan 81 indikator capaian yang didominasi rumpun keagamaan sebanyak 56 indikator. Kurikulum mengintegrasikan pendekatan tazkiyatun-nafs dan pembangunan manusia berprinsip Islam secara simultan. Kedua, pelaksanaan kurikulum dijalankan melalui UPA mingguan dengan rundown sembilan tahap yang mengintegrasikan tiga dimensi tarbiyah: ruhiyah, aqliyah, dan jasadiyah, menggunakan metode multimodal yang mengakomodasi berbagai gaya belajar kader. Evaluasi yang dilakukan berlangsung secara komprehensif dan responsif berdasarkan model CIPP, dengan KKP berfungsi sebagai living document yang terus diperbarui secara periodik tanpa mengorbankan prinsip dasar akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak.

The moral crisis in Indonesian politics and the weakness of party cadre development systems have highlighted the need to examine Islamic education models operating outside formal educational institutions. This study aims to describe the concept, implementation, and evaluation of the Islamic education curriculum within the PKS Muda cadre development program at DPD PKS Kabupaten Malang.

This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Key informants included the Head of the Party Member Cadre Development Division (BKAP) and a Member Development Unit (UPA) supervisor. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, with credibility established through source and technique triangulation.

Three main findings emerged. First, the PKS Muda Party Cadre Curriculum (KKP) is conceptually robust and systematic, consistently fulfilling Tyler's four curriculum components objectives, content, process, and evaluation across 81 achievement indicators, of which 56 fall under the religious domain. The curriculum simultaneously integrates the tazkiyatun nafs approach and the principles of Islamic human development. The curriculum implementation is carried out through weekly UPA sessions following a nine-stage structure that organically integrates the three tarbiyah dimensions of ruhiyah (spiritual), aqliyah (intellectual), and jasadiyah (physical), delivered through a multimodal method accommodating diverse learning styles. The evaluation is conducted comprehensively and responsively through the CIPP model framework, with the KKP functioning as a living document that is periodically updated without compromising the foundational principles of aqidah, ibadah, and akhlaq.

إن الأزمة الأخلاقية في الحياة السياسية الإندونيسية وضعف نظام إعداد الكوادر الحزبية قد أوجدا حاجة ملحة لدراسة نماذج التربية الإسلامية القائمة على المناهج خارج مؤسسات التعليم النظامية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف مفهوم منهج التربية الإسلامية وتنفيذه وتقويمه في برنامج تأهيل كوادر شباب حزب العدالة والرفاه بمجلس القيادة الإقليمي للحزب في محافظة مالانج

استخدم البحث المنهج الكيفي من خلال دراسة الحالة. وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق المقابلات المتعمقة،والملاحظة والتوثيق. وكان المشاركون الرئيسيون في البحث رئيس هيئة تنمية الكوادر والأعضاء (BKAP) بمجلس القيادة الإقليمي للحزب بمحافظة مالانج، ومشرفو وحدة تنمية الأعضاء (UPA). وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نموذج مايلز وهوبرمان، مع التحقق من مصداقية البيانات من خلال التثليث في المصادر والأساليب

لشباب حزب العدالة والرفاه يتمتع بمفهوم راسخ ومنظم، ويحقق بصورة أظهرت النتائج أن منهج تأهيل الكوادر الحزبية (KKP) متسقة المكونات الأربعة لمنهج تايلر: الأهداف، والمحتوى، والعملية التعليمية، والتقويم. كما يضم 81 مؤشراً للإنجاز، منها 56 مؤشراً تندرج ضمن المجال الديني. ويجمع المنهج في الوقت نفسه بين مدخل تزكية النفس وبناء الإنسان وفق المبادئ الإسلامية. كما يُنفَّذ المنهج من خلال وحدة تنمية الأعضاء الأسبوعية وفق برنامج مكوَّن من تسع مراحل تدمج أبعاد التربية الثلاثة: الروحية، والعقلية، والجسدية، مع استخدام أساليب تعليمية متعددة تراعي أنماط التعلم المختلفة لدى الأعضاء. أما التقويم فيتم بصورة شاملة واستجابية استناداً إلى نموذج CIPP، حيث يعمل منهج تأهيل الكوادر الحزبية بوصفه وثيقة حية يتم تحديثها دورياً دون المساس بالمبادئ الأساسية للعقيدة والعبادة والأخلاق
