Pengaruh kecemasan matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin

Rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa sering kali dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis seperti kecemasan matematika, yang diduga memiliki dampak berbeda antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa; (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin; (3) Mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan matematika dan jenis kelamin secara simultan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa.

Jenis penelitian ini ialah kausal komparatif (ex post facto) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 49 siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang diambil melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket kecemasan matematika dan tes komunikasi matematis tertulis, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi logistik ordinal.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecemasan matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa dengan taraf signifikansi 0,320 > 0,05; (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecemasan matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin dengan taraf signifikansi 0,135 > 0,05; (3) Kecemasan matematika dan jenis kelamin secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis dengan taraf signifikansi 0,410 > 0,05. Kontribusi pengaruh kecemasan matematika dan jenis kelamin terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis secara simultan sebesar 6,5% dan 93,5% lainnya diperngaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tinggi rendahnya kecemasan maupun perbedaan jenis kelamin tidak menjadi faktor penentu utama kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi matematis tertulis menggunakan selain variabel tersebut.

The low students’ written mathematical communication skills is often influenced by psychological factors such as mathematics anxiety, which is suspected to have different impacts on male and female students. This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of mathematics anxiety on students’ written mathematical communication skills; (2) Determine the effect of mathematics anxiety on students’ written mathematical communication skills based on gender; (3) Determine the simultaneous effect of mathematics anxiety and gender on students’ written mathematical communication skills.

This is a causal-comparative (ex post facto) research with a quantitative approach involving 49 seventh-grade students of Sabilurrosyad Islamic Junior High School Malang in the 2024/2025 academic year, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a mathematics anxiety questionnaire and a written mathematical communication test, the analyzed using ordinal logistic regression.

The results showed that: (1) There is no significant effect of mathematics anxiety on students’ written mathematical communication skills, with a significance level of 0,320 > 0,05; (2) There is no significant effect of mathematics anxiety on students' written mathematical communication skills based on gender, with a significance level of 0.135 > 0.05; (3) simultaneously, mathematics anxiety and gender do not significantly affect written mathematical communication skills, with a significance level of 0,410 > 0,05. The simultaneous contribution of mathematics anxiety and gender to written communication skills is 6,5%, while the other 93,5% is influenced by other factors. This indicates that neither the level of anxiety nor gender differences are the primary determinants of students’ written communication skills. Future researchers may investigate other variables that influence written mathematical communication skills beyond these factors.

غالبًا ما تتأثر القدرة المنخفضة على التواصل الرياضي الكتابي لدى الطلاب بعوامل نفسية مثل القلق من الرياضيات والذي يُعتقد أن له تأثيرات مختلفة بين الذكور والإناث. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: (١) معرفة أثر القلق من الرياضيات على مهارات التواصل الرياضي الكتابي لدى الطلاب؛ (٢) معرفة أثر قلق الرياضيات على مهارات التواصل الرياضي المكتوب بناء على الجنس؛ (٣) معرفة أثر القلق من الرياضيات والنوع الاجتماعي معاً بشكل متزامن على مهارات التواصل الرياضي الكتابي لدى الطلاب

نوع هذا البحث هو البحث المقارن السببي (البحث البعدي) بمنهج كمي، وشمل ٤٩ طالباً من الصف السابع بمدرسة "سابيل الرشاد" المتوسطة الإسلامية بمالانج للعام الدراسي ٢٠٢٤/٢٠٢٥، تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العينة الشاملة. جُمعت البيانات باستخدام استبيان القلق من الرياضيات واختبار التواصل الرياضي الكتابي، ثم حُللت بواسطة الانحدار اللوجستي الترتيبي

أظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: (١) لا يوجد أثر معنوي للقلق من الرياضيات على مهارات التواصل الرياضي الكتابي لدى الطلاب، حيث بلغت قيمة الدلالة ٠.٣٢٠ > ٠.٠٥؛ (٢) لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لقلق الرياضيات على مهارات التواصل الرياضي المكتوب لدى الطلاب بناء على الجنس، بدلالة إحصائية قدرها ٠.١٣٥ > ٠.٠٥؛ (٣) بشكل متزامن، لا يؤثر القلق من الرياضيات والنوع الاجتماعي تأثيراً معنوياً على مهارات التواصل الرياضي الكتابي، حيث بلغت قيمة الدلالة ٠.٤١٠ > ٠.٠٥. بلغت نسبة مساهمة أثر القلق والنوع الاجتماعي معاً ٦.٥٪، بينما تتأثر الـ ٩٣.٥٪ المتبقية بعوامل أخرى. يشير هذا إلى أن مستوى القلق أو اختلاف الجنس ليسوا من العوامل المحددة الرئيسية لمهارات التواصل الرياضي الكتابي لدى الطلاب. ويمكن للباحثين في المستقبل دراسة عوامل أخرى تؤثر على هذه المهارات غير هذه المتغيرات.
