Abstract
INDONESIA:
Bakteri endofit merupakan organisme yang hidup di dalam jaringan tanaman dan berasosiasi dengan tanaman tersebut. Bakteri endofit menghasilkan enzim ekstraseluler diantaranya yakni kitinase, protease dan selulase yang berfungsi untuk mendegradasi sel nematoda. Selain itu bakteri endofit juga menghasilkan senyawa β- exotoksin dan δ-endotoksin yang mampu menginfeksi sistem syaraf dan pencernaan nematoda. Beberapa bakteri endofit memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan spora yang bersifat toksit bagi nematoda. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan pengujian tentang pengaruh filtrat bakteri endofit tanaman kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) terhadap mortalitas larva II Globodera rostochiensis W.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen secara kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh filtrat bakteri endofit tanaman kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) terhadap mortalitas Larva II Globodera rostochiensis W. dengan pengujian secara in vitro yaitu uji pengaruh filtrat bakteri endofit terhadap mortalitas larva II G. rostochiensis setelah 24 jam perlakuan serta uji kosentrasi bakteri endofit tertinggi terhadap mortalitas larva II G. rostochiensis setelah 48 jam perlakuan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filtrat bakteri endofit tanaman kentang dapat membunuh larva II G. rostochiensis dalam waktu 24 jam. Bakteri endofit isolat AA memperlihatkan daya bunuh paling tinggi yaitu 35%. Namun, pada pengujian kosentrasi filtrat bakteri endofit isolat AA setelah 48 jam perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa pada kosentrasi 250 µL/mL memiliki daya bunuh paling tinggi yakni sebesar 31 %.
ENGLISH:
Endophytic bacteria are organisms that live inside plant tissues and are associated with these plants. Endophytic bacteria produce extracellular enzymes such as the chitinase, protease and cellulase which serves to degrade the cells of nematodes. In addition Endophytic bacteria also produce compounds β-endotoxin and δ-exotoksin that can infect the nervous system and gastrointestinal nematodes. Some Endophytic bacteria have the ability to produce spores that are toksit for nematodes. Accordingly, it is necessary to test the effects of Endophytic Bacterial filtrate potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) on mortality of larvae II Globodera rostochiensis W.
This study uses quantitative experiments aiming to determine the influence of Endophytic bacterial filtrate potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) against mortality of larvae II Globodera rostochiensis W. with in vitro testing is testing the effect filtrate endophytic bacterial on mortality Larva II G. rostochiensis after 24 hours of treatment as well as the highest test concentration of Endophytic bacteria for larval mortality II G. rostochiensis after 48 hours of treatment.
The results showed that the filtrate Endophytic bacteria of the potato can kill the larvae II G. rostochiensis crop in 24 hours. Endophytic bacterial isolates AA showed the highest killing power is 35%. However, on testing the concentration of the filtrate Endophytic bacterial isolates AA after 48 hours of treatment showed that the concentration of 250 mL / mL had the highest killing power by 31%.
