Pasuruan Coaching and Creative Center dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Biofilik

Kabupaten Pasuruan memiliki potensi UMKM yang besar dengan jumlah pelaku usaha yang terus berkembang serta didukung oleh tingginya populasi usia produktif sebagai modal utama pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Namun, potensi tersebut belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh fasilitas terpadu yang mampu mewadahi kegiatan pelatihan, inkubasi, produksi, promosi, dan kolaborasi secara optimal. Selain itu, beberapa wilayah di Kabupaten Pasuruan juga menghadapi fenomena Urban Heat Island (UHI) akibat tingginya aktivitas perkotaan dan berkurangnya ruang terbuka hijau yang berdampak pada kualitas lingkungan dan kenyamanan termal. Menanggapi kondisi tersebut, dirancang Pasuruan Coaching and Creative Center dengan pendekatan arsitektur biofilik sebagai pusat pengembangan UMKM dan ekonomi kreatif yang mampu mendukung peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, kreativitas, dan daya saing produk lokal. Konsep Bio-Harmonics diterapkan sebagai dasar perancangan dengan mengintegrasikan hubungan harmonis antara manusia, aktivitas kreatif, dan alam melalui penerapan vegetasi, ruang terbuka hijau, pencahayaan alami, ventilasi alami, serta green roof. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan fasilitas yang terdiri atas zona inkubasi dan pengembangan serta zona komersial dan promosi yang saling terintegrasi. Penerapan pendekatan biofilik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan, kesehatan, dan produktivitas pengguna sekaligus berkontribusi dalam mitigasi fenomena Urban Heat Island serta mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif Kabupaten Pasuruan secara berkelanjutan.

Pasuruan Regency possesses significant potential in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, supported by a continuously growing number of business actors and a large productive-age population as a key asset for regional economic development. However, this potential has not been fully supported by an integrated facility capable of accommodating training, incubation, production, promotion, and collaboration activities. In addition, several areas in Pasuruan Regency are affected by the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon caused by intensive urban activities and the reduction of green open spaces, which negatively impact environmental quality and thermal comfort. In response to these conditions, the Pasuruan Coaching and Creative Center is designed using a biophilic architecture approach as a center for MSME and creative economy development that supports the improvement of human resources, creativity, and the competitiveness of local products. The Bio-Harmonics concept was applied as the main design framework by integrating harmonious relationships between people, creative activities, and nature through the implementation of vegetation, green open spaces, natural lighting, natural ventilation, and green roofs. The design results in a facility consisting of integrated incubation and development zones as well as commercial and promotion zones. The application of the biophilic approach is expected to enhance user comfort, health, and productivity while contributing to Urban Heat Island mitigation and supporting the sustainable development of the creative economy in Pasuruan Regency.

تتمتع محافظة باسوروان بإمكانات كبيرة في قطاع المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة (UMKM)، مدعومة بالنمو المستمر في عدد رواد الأعمال وارتفاع نسبة السكان في سنّ العمل بوصفهم رأس المال الأساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية المحلية. ومع ذلك، فإن هذه الإمكانات لم تُدعَم بشكل كامل بمرفق متكامل قادر على استيعاب أنشطة التدريب والاحتضان والإنتاج والترويج والتعاون بصورة مثالية. إضافة إلى ذلك، تواجه بعض مناطق محافظة باسوروان ظاهرة الجزيرة الحرارية الحضرية (Urban Heat Island - UHI) الناتجة عن كثافة الأنشطة الحضرية وتراجع المساحات الخضراء المفتوحة، مما يؤثر سلباً على جودة البيئة والراحة الحرارية. واستجابةً لهذه الظروف، تم تصميم مركز باسوروان للتدريب والإبداع (Pasuruan Coaching and Creative Center) وفق منهجية العمارة البيوفيلية ليكون مركزاً لتطوير المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والاقتصاد الإبداعي، بما يدعم تحسين جودة الموارد البشرية وتعزيز الإبداع والقدرة التنافسية للمنتجات المحلية. وقد تم اعتماد مفهوم «Bio-Harmonics» كأساس للتصميم من خلال دمج العلاقة المتناغمة بين الإنسان والأنشطة الإبداعية والطبيعة عبر توظيف الغطاء النباتي والمساحات الخضراء المفتوحة والإضاءة الطبيعية والتهوية الطبيعية والأسطح الخضراء (Green Roof). وأسفر التصميم عن مرفق يضم منطقة للاحتضان والتطوير ومنطقة تجارية وترويجية مترابطتين ومتكاملتين. ومن المتوقع أن يسهم تطبيق منهج العمارة البيوفيلية في تعزيز الراحة والصحة والإنتاجية لدى المستخدمين، إلى جانب المساهمة في التخفيف من آثار ظاهرة الجزيرة الحرارية الحضرية ودعم التنمية المستدامة للاقتصاد الإبداعي في محافظة باسوروان.
