معنى الحياة الشخصية الرئيسية في رواية ”لن أبكي“ لنعمة الخالد: دراسة سيكولوجية الأدبية عن العلاج بالمعنى بمنظورية فيكتور فرانكل

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المفاهيم الثلاثة لمعنى الحياة في رواية "لن أبكي" للكاتبة نعمة الخالد وفقا لنظرية العلاج بالمعنى لفيكتور فرانكل، والتي تشمل: القيم الخبرية، والقيم الموقفيةية، والقيم الإبداعية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد العوامل الأربعة المؤثرة في معنى الحياة لدى الشخصية الرئيسية. تنطلق هذه الدراسة من خلفية تتمثل في انتشار موضوعات الأزمة الوجودية والبحث عن معنى الحياة في الأدب العربي المعاصر كعكاس للديناميكيات النفسية للإنسان المعاصر. وتجسد رواية "لن أبكي" لنعمة الخالد الصراع النفسي الداخلي للشخصية الرئيسية "نور" التي تواجه معاناة متتالية. ومصدر البيانات الرئيسي في هذا البحث هو رواية "لن أبكي"، في حين تتمثل البيانات في الجمل الاقتباسية، والحوارات، والتعابير التي تتضمن مفهوم معنى الحياة والعوامل المؤثرة فيه. جُمعت البيانات باستخدام تقنيتي القراءة والتدوين، ثم جرى تحليلها عبر مراحل: جمع البيانات، وتكثيف البيانات، وعرض البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج بناء على نظرية العلاج بالمعنى لفيكتور فرانكل. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: أولاً، نجحت "نور" في تحقيق معنى حياتها من خلال الركائز الثلاث للعلاج بالمعنى: (أ) القيم الإبداعية، وتتجلى في قرارها الوجودي بالتفاني في العمل بدار الأيتام وجعل الكتابة نشاطاً للمساهمة الاجتماعية؛ (ب) القيم الخبرية، واكتسبتها من خلال الاستيعاب العميق للحب، والمودة، والتضحية المتبادلة مع جدتها وزوجها "أسامة"؛ (ج) القيم الموقفيةية، وتنعكس في المرونة النفسية المتمثلة في التقبل الصادق لمصائب الحياة، والشجاعة الأخلاقية في مواجهة الخوف من أجل كشف الحقيقة. ثانياً، وجود أربعة عوامل حاسمة في نجاح "نور" للوصول إلى الاكتمال الوجودي: (أ) عامل المعاناة، الذي جعلها تدرك الحزن مما دفعها للنهوض من كبوتها؛ (ب) عامل الخيبة، الذي جعلها تشعر بالفقد مما حفزها للبحث عن معنى الحياة؛ (ج) العامل الروحي، الذي يوجهه استيعاب روحي داخلي عميق؛ (د) عامل إرادة المعنى، حيث حصلت على دافع منحها الشجاعة في اتخاذ الموقف والرغبة في أن يكون لحياتها مغزى. وتخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أن شخصية "نور" قد نجحت في إيجاد معنى حياتها بعد مختلف المعاناة التي عاشتها. حيث وُجدت ١٢ بيانة تشير إلى أشكال تجسيد معنى الحياة، و٨ بيانات تشير إلى العوامل المؤثرة في ظهور معنى الحياة بما يتوافق مع نظرية العلاج بالمعنى لفيكتور فرانكل.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to uncover the three concepts of the meaning of life in Nema Alkhalid's novel Lan Abky according to Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy theory, which includes Experiential Values, Attitudinal Values, and Creative Values, as well as to identify the four factors that influence the main character's meaning of life. This research is motivated by the rise of themes surrounding existential crises and the search for the meaning of life in contemporary Arabic literature as a reflection of the psychological dynamics of modern humans. Nema Alkhalid's novel Lan Abky manifests the inner struggle of the main character, Nur, who faces successive sufferings. The primary data source is the novel Lan Abky by Nema Alkhalid, while the data consists of quoted sentences, dialogues, and expressions containing the concepts of the meaning of life and its influencing factors. Data were collected using reading and note-taking techniques, and then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions based on Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy theory. The results of the study show that: First, Nur succeeded in actualizing the meaning of her life through the three pillars of logotherapy: (a) creative values, demonstrated through the existential decision to dedicate herself to an orphanage and turn writing into a form of social contribution; (b) experiential values, obtained through a deep realization of love, affection, and interpersonal sacrifice with her grandmother and her husband, Osama; and (c) attitudinal values, reflected in her inner resilience in the form of sincere acceptance of life's misfortunes and moral courage in confronting fear to uncover the truth. Second, there are four decisive factors in Nur's success in achieving existential fulfillment: (a) the suffering factor, which made her recognize sadness so that it could lift her up from adversity; (b) the disappointment factor, which made her feel loss so that she could rise to find the meaning of life; (c) the spiritual factor, which is driven by a deep spiritual internalization; and (d) the Will to Meaning factor, obtaining a motivation that gave her the courage to take a stand and the desire to be meaningful. This study concludes that the character Nur has succeeded in finding the meaning of her life after the various sufferings she experienced. There are 12 data showing the form of manifestation of the meaning of life, and 8 data showing the influencing factors of the emergence of the meaning of life relevant to Viktor Frankl's logotherapy theory.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tiga konsep makna hidup dalam Novel Lan Abky karya Nema Alkhalid sesuai dengan teori Logotrerapi Viktor Frankl, yang meliputi Nilai Pengalaman, Nilai Sikap dan Nilai Kreatif serta untuk menemukan emapat faktor yang mempengaruhi makna hidup tokoh utama. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya tema krisis eksistensial dan pencarian makna hidup dalam sastra Arab kontemporer sebagai refleksi dari dinamika psikologis manusia modern. Novel Lan Abky karya Nema Alkhalid memanifestasikan pergulatan batin tokoh utama bernama Nur yang menghadapi penderitaan yang bertubi-tubi. Sumber data utamanya dalah novel Lan Abky karya Nema Alkhalid, sedangkan datanya berupa kalimat kutipan, dialog ataupun ungkapan yang mengandung konsep makna hidup dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik baca dan catat, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan teori Logoterapi Viktor Frankl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Pertama, Nur berhasil mengaktualisasikan makna hidupnya melalui tiga pilar logoterapi: (a) nilai kreatif, yang ditunjukkan melalui keputusan eksistensial untuk mengabdikan diri di panti asuhan dan menjadikan aktivitas menulis sebagai kontribusi sosial; (b) nilai pengalaman, yang diperoleh melalui penghayatan mendalam atas cinta, kasih sayang, dan pengorbanan interpersonal bersama sosok nenek dan suaminya, Osama ; serta (c) nilai sikap, yang tecermin dari resiliensi batin berupa penerimaan tulus terhadap kemalangan hidup serta keberanian moral dalam melawan rasa takut demi mengungkap kebenaran. Kedua, adanya empat faktor penentu keberhasilan Nur dalam mencapai kepenuhan eksistensial. (a) faktor pennderitaan yang mmbuatnya mengenali kesedihan sehingga dapat membuatnya bangkit dari keterpurukan. (b) faktor kekecewaan yang membuatnya merasakan kehilangan sehingga dapat bangkit untuk menemukan makna hidup, (c) faktor spiritual yang dikendalikan oleh faktor internalisasi spiritual yang mendalam. Kemudian (d) faktor Will to meaning, mendapatkan sebuah motivasi yang membuatnya berani dalam mengambil sikap serta keinginan untuk bermakna. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tokoh Nur telah berhasil menemukan makna hidupnya setelah berbagai penderitaan yang ia alami. Terdapat 12 data yang menunjukkan bentuk perwujudan makna hidup, serta 8 data yang menunjukkan faktor pengaruh akan kemunculan makna hidup yang relevan dengan teori logoterapi Viktor Frankl.
