EVOEL : Evolution of sport and padel arena Berbasis Arsitektur Hi-Tech di Kawasan Simpang Lima Gumul, Kediri

ABSTRAK :
Olahraga padel berkembang pesat di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Timur, namun tren global menunjukkan adanya risiko penurunan minat akibat oversuplai lapangan dan rendahnya diversifikasi fungsi. Di Kabupaten Kediri, permasalahan ini diperparah oleh rendahnya aktivitas fisik pada usia produktif yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan risiko obesitas dan penyakit tidak menular, serta belum tersedianya fasilitas olahraga yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi, sebagaimana tercermin dari rendahnya indeks Smart City Kediri. Perancangan ini bertujuan menghadirkan fasilitas olahraga padel, futsal, dan badminton di kawasan Simpang Lima Gumul (SLG), Kediri, yang berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai sarana olahraga, tetapi juga sebagai ruang interaktif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan dan memperkenalkan olahraga padel melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode perancangan menggunakan pendekatan Arsitektur Hi-Tech berdasarkan lima prinsip Norman Foster, yaitu Structural Expressionism, Flexibility, Transparency & Light, Love of Color, dan Material Vocabulary, yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Islami dari QS. Ar-Ra'd ayat 11 dan QS. Al-Qamar ayat 49. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan konsep “EVOÉL: Evolution of Sport and Padel Arena” yang diwujudkan melalui lima konsep evolving, yaitu Evolving Structure, Evolving Space, Evolving Light, Evolving Mood Ambiens, dan Evolving System, dengan penerapan teknologi seperti struktur space frame, atap ETFE, smart glass, fasad LED dinamis, sensor lantai pintar, Building Management System (BMS), serta aplikasi reservasi EVO.BOOK. Rancangan ini diharapkan menjadi solusi atas krisis aktivitas fisik remaja, kesenjangan akses teknologi olahraga, dan ketidakpastian tren padel, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi sosial, kesehatan, dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat Kediri.

ABSTRACT:
Padel has grown rapidly across Indonesia, particularly in East Java, yet global trends point to a risk of declining interest due to court oversupply and limited functional diversification. In Kediri Regency, this issue is compounded by low physical activity among the productive-age population, contributing to rising obesity and non-communicable disease rates, as well as the absence of a technology-integrated sports facility, reflected in the regency's low Smart City index. This design aims to provide a padel, futsal, and badminton facility in the Simpang Lima Gumul (SLG) area of Kediri that functions not merely as a sports venue but also as an interactive space to raise public health awareness and introduce padel through the application of technology. The design method applies a High-Tech Architecture approach based on Norman Foster's five principles, namely Structural Expressionism, Flexibility, Transparency and Light, Love of Color, and Material Vocabulary, integrated with Islamic values drawn from Surah Ar-Ra'd verse 11 and Surah Al-Qamar verse 49. The design results in the concept of “EVOÉL: Evolution of Sport and Padel Arena,” realized through five evolving concepts: Evolving Structure, Evolving Space, Evolving Light, Evolving Mood Ambience, and Evolving System, implemented through technologies such as a space-frame structure, ETFE roofing, smart glass, dynamic LED facades, smart floor sensors, a Building Management System (BMS), and the EVO.BOOK reservation application. The design is expected to address the crisis of physical inactivity among youth, the disparity in access to sports technology, and the uncertainty surrounding the padel trend, while contributing socially, economically, and to public health in Kediri.

شهدت رياضة البادل نمواً متسارعاً في إندونيسيا، وخاصة في جاوة الشرقية، إلا أن الاتجاهات العالمية تشير إلى خطر تراجع الاهتمام بها بسبب الإفراط في عدد الملاعب وضعف تنوع استخداماتها. وتزداد هذه المشكلة حدة في منطقة كاديري بسبب انخفاض مستوى النشاط البدني بين السكان في سن الإنتاج، مما يساهم في ارتفاع معدلات السمنة والأمراض المعدية، إضافة إلى عدم توفر مرفق رياضي متكامل مع التقنية، وهو ما يتجلى في تدني مؤشر المدينة الذكية في كاديري. ويهدف هذا التصميم إلى إنشاء مرفق لرياضات البادل وكرة الصالات وكرة الريشة في منطقة سيمبانك ليما كومول بكاديري، بحيث لا يكون مجرد منشأة رياضية، بل فضاءً تفاعلياً يرفع الوعي الصحي لدى المجتمع ويعرّف برياضة البادل من خلال الاستفادة من التقنية. وتعتمد منهجية التصميم على مدخل العمارة العالية التقنية وفق مبادئ نورمان فوستر الخمسة، وهي: التعبير البنائي، والمرونة، والشفافية والضوء، وحب الألوان، ومفردات المواد، بالتكامل مع القيم الإسلامية المستمدة من سورة الرعد الآية 11 وسورة القمر الآية 49. وتُجسّد نتيجة التصميم في مفهوم “إيفول: تطور الرياضة وملعب البادل” (EVOÉL)، الذي تحقق من خلال خمسة مفاهيم تطورية هي: البنية المتطورة، والفضاء المتطور، والضوء المتطور، والمزاج المتطور، والنظام المتطور، وذلك عبر تقنيات مثل الهيكل الفراعي، وسقف ETFE، والزجاج الذكي، والواجهة الدينامية المزوّدة بإضاءة LED، وأجهزة استشعار الأرضية الذكية، ونظام إدارة المبنى (BMS)، وتطبيق الحجز “إيفو.بوك” (EVO.BOOK). ومن المتوقع أن يساهم هذا التصميم في معالجة أزمة قلة النشاط البدني لدى الشباب، والتفاوت في الوصول إلى التقنيات الرياضية، وعدم استقرار اتجاه رياضة البادل، فضلاً عن تقديم مساهمة اجتماعية وصحية واقتصادية لمجتمع كاديري.
