بناء وصمة الهوية لدى الشخصيات ذات الإعاقة والأثر الاجتماعي لهذه الشخصيات: تفسير إرفنغ غوفمان لرواية ”ذراع يمنى السحرية“ للكاتبة دينا عفيفي

الوصمة ضد ذوي الإعاقة في الأدب العربي المعاصر لا تزال نادرا ما تدرس بعمق، خاصة فيما يتعلق ببناء هويات الشخصيات من خلال التفاعل الاجتماعي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد أشكال الوصمة التي يعاني منها الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة، وتحليل آثارهم الاجتماعية، ودراسة كيفية تشكيل بناء وصمة الهوية في رواية ”ذراع يمنى السحرية“ للكاتبة دينا عفيفي. استخدمت هذه الباحثة نهجا نوعيا وصفيا مع نظرية الوصمة لإرفنغ غوفمان كسكين تحليلي، والتي تم تطويرها من خلال مفاهيم الوصمة الداخلية، والوصمة العلائقية، والوصمة المتوقعة. المصدر الأساسي للبيانات هو رواية ”ذراع يمنى السحرية“ للكاتبة دينا عفيفي (2024)، بينما البيانات الثانوية تأتي في شكل أعمال غوفمان والأدبيات الداعمة ذات الصلة. يتم جمع البيانات من خلال تقنيات القراءة والتسجيل، ويتبع تحليل البيانات نموذج مايلز وهوبرمان الذي يشمل تخفيض البيانات، وعرض البيانات، واستخلاص الاستنتاج. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن جميع أشكال الوصمة التي تعاني منها شخصيات يمنى تندرج ضمن فئة الوصمة الجسدية (الفظائع الجسدية) التي تظهر في ثمانية أشكال، منها التحديق المتكرر، والانتباه المفرط، والمعاملة التمييزية، وآراء الشخصيات السلطوية، والعنف اللفظي والجسدي، والإهانات الرمزية الجماعية، والإقصاء، والصور النمطية عن عدم الكفاءة. تؤثر هذه الوصمة على التهميش الاجتماعي، والمشاركة الاجتماعية المحدودة، والضيق النفسي العميق. يتشكل بناء وصمة الهوية لدى يمنى من خلال استيعاب التسميات السلبية من بيئتها الاجتماعية إلى تجربة ما تسميه غوفمان الهوية المدللة. أكدت هذه الباحثة أن نظرية الوصمة التي قدمها غوفمان ذات صلة كأداة تحليلية في دراسة الأدب العربي وتفتح مساحة نقدية لتمثيل الإعاقة في النصوص الأدبية.

ABSTRACT

The stigma against people with disabilities in contemporary Arabic literature is still rarely studied in depth, especially in relation to the construction of character identities through social interaction. This research aims to identify the forms of stigma experienced by figures with disabilities, analyze their social impacts, and examine how the construction of identity stigma is formed in the novel "Right Arm of Magic Yumna" by Dina Afifi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with Erving Goffman's stigma theory as an analysis knife, which is developed through the concepts of internal stigma, relational stigma, and anticipated stigma. The primary data source is the novel "The Magic Right Arm of Yumna" by Dina Afifi (2024), while the secondary data is in the form of Goffman's works and relevant supporting literature. Data collection is carried out through read-and-record techniques, and data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that all forms of stigma experienced by Yumna figures are included in the category of physical stigma (abominations of the body) which manifest in eight forms, including repeated staring, excessive attention, discriminatory treatment, views from authority figures, verbal and physical violence, collective symbolic insults, exclusion, and stereotypes of incompetence. This stigma has an impact on social marginalization, limited social participation, and deep psychological distress. The construction of Yumna's identity stigma is formed through the internalization of negative labels from her social environment to experiencing what Goffman calls spoiled identity. This study confirms that Goffman's stigma theory is relevant as an analytical knife in the study of Arabic literature and opens up a critical space for the representation of disability in literary texts.

Stigma terhadap penyandang disabilitas dalam karya sastra Arab kontemporer masih jarang dikaji secara mendalam, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan konstruksi identitas tokoh melalui interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk stigma yang dialami tokoh penyandang disabilitas, menganalisis dampak sosialnya, serta mengkaji bagaimana konstruksi stigma identitas terbentuk dalam novel “Lengan Kanan Ajaib Yumna” karya Dina Afifi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori stigma Erving Goffman sebagai pisau analisis, yang dikembangkan melalui konsep stigma internal, stigma relasional, dan stigma yang diantisipasi. Sumber data primer adalah novel “Lengan Kanan Ajaib Yumna” karya Dina Afifi (2024), sedangkan data sekunder berupa karya-karya Goffman dan literatur pendukung yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik baca dan catat, dan analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh bentuk stigma yang dialami tokoh Yumna termasuk dalam kategori stigma fisik (abominations of the body) yang termanifestasi dalam delapan bentuk, meliputi tatapan berulang, perhatian berlebihan, perlakuan diskriminatif, pandangan dari figur otoritas, kekerasan verbal dan fisik, hinaan simbolik kolektif, pengucilan, serta stereotip ketidakmampuan. Stigma tersebut berdampak pada marginalisasi sosial, terbatasnya partisipasi sosial, dan tekanan psikologis yang mendalam. Konstruksi stigma identitas Yumna terbentuk melalui internalisasi label negatif dari lingkungan sosialnya hingga mengalami apa yang disebut Goffman sebagai spoiled identity. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa teori stigma Goffman relevan sebagai pisau analisis dalam kajian sastra Arab dan membuka ruang kritis terhadap representasi disabilitas dalam teks sastra.
