Perilaku pencarian informasi keagamaan pengurus Majelis Tabligh dan Ketarjihan Pimpinan Daerah 'Aisyiyah (PDA) Kota Malang

Majelis Tabligh dan Ketarjihan Pimpinan Daerah ‘Aisyiyah (PDA) Kota Malang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam menyebarkan informasi keagamaan yang benar kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Dalam menjalankan tugas tersebut, pengurus majelis dituntut untuk aktif mencari dan memverifikasi informasi keagamaan secara berkelanjutan. Namun, perbedaan latar belakang usia, pendidikan, dan pengalaman antar pengurus berpotensi menghasilkan pola pencarian informasi yang beragam. Majelis Tabligh dan Ketarjihan PDA Kota Malang dipilih sebagai fokus penelitian karena termasuk dalam jajaran majelis paling aktif dalam lingkup pimpinan daerah Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai perilaku pencarian informasi keagamaan pengurus Majelis Tabligh dan Ketarjihan PDA Kota Malang menggunakan modle perilaku pencarian informasi Krikelas (1983). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap tujuh informan yang terdiri atas koordiantor dan anggota Divisi Ketarjihan, Divisi Pembinaan Muballighat dan Pengajian, Divisi Tabligh Digital dan Komunitas, serta ketua majelis sebagai informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pencarian informasi keagamaan pengurus majelis didorong oleh berbagai faktor. Kebutuhan informasi muncul dari program kerja organisasi, perbedaan peran antar divisi, serta paparan informasi dari lingkungan sekitar. Buku terbitan Suara Muhammadiyah menjadi preferensi utama karena keselarasannya dengan manhaj tarjih Muhammadiyah, sementara sumber digital seperti artikel ilmiah, YouTube, dan AI digunakan sebagai referensi tambahan. Perbedaan usia, latar belakang pendidikan, dan kemampuan literasi digital memengaruhi pilihan sumber dan media penyimpanan informasi antar pengurus. Verifikasi infomasi dilakukan secara kolektif melalui diskusi antar pengurus sebelum disebarluaskan melalui kajian rutin maupun media sosial, mencerminkan praktik tabyyun dalam ajaran Islam.

The Tabligh and Ketarjihan Council of the Pimpinan Daerah ‘Aisyiyah (PDA) in Malang City is responsible for disseminating accurate religious information to the public in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah. In carrying out this duty, the council’s executive members are required to actively seek out and verify religious information on an ongoing basis. However, differences in age, educational background, and experience among the executive members have the potential to result in diverse patterns of information seeking. The Tabligh and Ketarjihan Council of the PDA of Malang City was selected as the focus of this research because it is among the most active councils within the regional leadership of East Java. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive overview of the religious information-seeking behaviour of the executive committee of the Tabligh and Ketarjihan Council of the PDA in Malang City using Krikelas’s (1983) information-seeking behaviour model. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation from seven informants comprising coordinators and members of the Ketarjihan Division, the Muballighat and Religious Study Group Development Division, the Digital Tabligh and Community Division, as well as the council chairperson as a supporting informant. The research findings indicate that the religious information-seeking behaviour of council members is driven by various factors. The need for information arises from the organisation’s work programme, differences in roles between divisions, and exposure to information from the surrounding environment. Publications by Suara Muhammadiyah are the primary preference due to their alignment with the Muhammadiyah tarjih methodology, whilst digital sources such as academic articles, YouTube, and AI are used as supplementary references. Differences in age, educational background, and digital literacy skills influence the choice of sources and information storage media among council members. Information verification is carried out collectively through discussions among council members before being disseminated through regular studies or social media, reflecting the practice of tabayyun in Islamic teachings.

يتحمل مجلس التبليغ والفتوى التابع لقيادة عائشيّة الإقليمية (PDA) بمدينة مالانج مسؤولية نشر المعلومات الدينية الصحيحة بين أفراد المجتمع وفقاً للقرآن والسنة. ولتنفيذ هذه المهمة، يُطلب من أعضاء المجلس البحث عن المعلومات الدينية والتحقق منها بشكل مستمر. ومع ذلك، فإن الاختلافات في العمر والمستوى التعليمي والخبرة بين الأعضاء قد تؤدي إلى أنماط متنوعة في البحث عن المعلومات. وقد تم اختيار مجلس التبليغ والتوعية التابع لـPDA بمدينة مالانج ليكون محور البحث لأنه من بين أكثر المجالس نشاطًا في نطاق القيادة الإقليمية بجاوة الشرقية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الحصول على صورة شاملة عن سلوك البحث عن المعلومات الدينية لدى أعضاء مجلس التبليغ والكتريجين التابع لـ PDA مدينة مالانج باستخدام نموذج سلوك البحث عن المعلومات الذي وضعه كريكلس (1983). يستخدم هذا البحث نهجًا وصفياً نوعياً. تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات المعمقة والملاحظة والتوثيق لسبعة مصادر معلومات تتألف من منسق وأعضاء قسم الكتارجيه، وقسم تدريب المبلغات والدروس الدينية، وقسم التبليغ الرقمي والمجتمع، بالإضافة إلى رئيس المجلس كمصدر معلومات داعم. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن سلوك البحث عن المعلومات الدينية لدى أعضاء مجلس الإدارة مدفوع بعدة عوامل. وتنشأ الحاجة إلى المعلومات من برامج عمل المنظمة، والاختلافات في الأدوار بين الأقسام، فضلاً عن المعلومات الواردة من البيئة المحيطة. تعد الكتب الصادرة عن ”سوارا المحمديّة“ (Suara Muhammadiyah) هي الخيار المفضل بسبب توافقها مع منهج الترجيح في محمديّة، بينما تُستخدم المصادر الرقمية مثل المقالات العلمية ويوتيوب والذكاء الاصطناعي كمراجع إضافية. يؤثر الاختلاف في العمر والخلفية التعليمية والقدرة على القراءة والكتابة الرقمية على اختيار مصادر ووسائط تخزين المعلومات بين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة. تتم التحقق من المعلومات بشكل جماعي من خلال مناقشات بين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة قبل نشرها من خلال الدراسات الدورية أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مما يعكس ممارسة التبيين في تعاليم الإسلام.
