Implementasi budaya religius dalam pembentukan akhlak terpuji siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Blitar

Era globalisasi membawa dampak serius terhadap degradasi moral dan akhlak siswa. Fenomena seperti kurangnya kedisiplinan, perilaku tidak sopan, hingga pengaruh negatif media sosial menjadi tantangan nyata yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan saat ini. Kondisi ini menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk tidak hanya berfokus pada pencapaian akademik, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan akhlak siswa secara menyeluruh. Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk akhlak terpuji melalui implementasi budaya religius secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan budaya religius serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan akhlak terpuji siswa di MIN Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pemilihan jenis penelitian ini didasarkan pada fokus kajian yang bersifat mendalam dan terpusat pada satu lembaga pendidikan secara spesifik. Data dikumpulkan melalui tiga teknik, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan, wali kelas enam, guru PAI, serta dua siswa kelas lima dan dua siswa kelas enam yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan relevansi dan keterlibatan langsung mereka terhadap fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan budaya religius di MIN Kota Blitar tersusun secara hierarkis berdasarkan intensitas waktu, meliputi kegiatan harian seperti budaya 3S, tahfidz, salat dhuha, tadarus Al-Qur’an, dan salat dhuhur berjamaah; kegiatan mingguan seperti Yasin dan Tahlil, keputrian, ziarah muasis, amal Jumat, dan BTQ; serta kegiatan tahunan seperti Pondok Ramadhan dan peringatan PHBI. (2) Dampak budaya religius tersebut terwujud dalam empat akhlak terpuji, yaitu lembut dan santun, kesadaran dan kemandirian beribadah, disiplin, serta jujur.

The era of globalization has brought serious consequences for the moral and character degradation of students. Phenomena such as lack of discipline, disrespectful behavior, and the negative influence of social media have become real challenges faced by the world of education today. This condition demands that educational institutions focus not only on academic achievement but also on the holistic formation of students' character and morality. As an Islamic educational institution, madrasah plays a strategic role in shaping students' praiseworthy character through the consistent implementation of religious culture. This study aims to describe the implementation of religious culture and its implications for the formation of students' praiseworthy character at MIN Kota Blitar. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The choice of this research design is based on the focus of the study, which is in-depth and specifically centered on a single educational institution. Data were collected through three techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects include the principal, the vice principal of student affairs, the sixth-grade homeroom teacher, the Islamic Education (PAI) teacher, as well as two fifth-grade students and two sixth-grade students, who were selected purposively based on their relevance and direct involvement in the research focus. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the implementation of religious culture at MIN Kota Blitar is structured hierarchically based on time intensity, encompassing daily activities such as the 3S culture, tahfidz, dhuha prayer, Al-Qur'an recitation (tadarus), and congregational dhuhr prayer; weekly activities such as Yasin and Tahlil recitation, girls' Islamic guidance (keputrian), founder's grave visitation (ziarah muasis), Friday charity (amal Jumat), and Qur'anic reading and writing (BTQ); as well as annual activities such as Ramadhan Boarding Program (Pondok Ramadhan) and Islamic holiday commemorations (PHBI). (2) The impact of the religious culture is manifested in four praiseworthy moral characters, namely gentleness and courtesy, awareness and independence in worship, discipline, and honesty.

تُلقي العولمة بظلالها الثقيلة على التدهور الأخلاقي لدى الطلاب. وتتجلى هذه الظاهرة في ضعف الانضباط، وسوء السلوك، فضلاً عن التأثيرات السلبية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مما يُشكّل تحدياً حقيقياً يواجهه قطاع التعليم اليوم. يستلزم هذا الواقع أن تتجاوز المؤسسات التعليمية الاهتمامَ بالتحصيل الأكاديمي فحسب، لتعمل على تشكيل شخصية الطالب وأخلاقه بصورة شاملة ومتكاملة. وتضطلع المدرسة بوصفها مؤسسةً تعليميةً إسلاميةً بدورٍ محوري في تنشئة الأخلاق الكريمة من خلال التطبيق المنتظم والمستمر للثقافة الدينية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف تطبيق الثقافة الدينية وانعكاساتها على تشكيل الأخلاق الكريمة لدى طلاب المدرسة الابتدائية الحكومية بمدينة بليتار.تستخدم هذه الدراسة منهجاً كيفياً (نوعياً) مع تصميم دراسة الحالة. ويستند اختيار هذا النوع من البحث إلى تركيز الدراسة التي تتسم بالعمق والتمحور حول مؤسسة تعليمية واحدة بشكل محدد. وتم جمع البيانات من خلال ثلاث تقنيات، وهي: المقابلات، والملاحظة، والتوثيق. وتضم عينة الدراسة مدير المدرسة، ونائب المدير لشؤون الطلاب، ومربّي الصف السادس، ومعلم التربية الإسلامية، بالإضافة إلى طالبين من الصف الخامس وطالبين من الصف السادس، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية (هادفة) بناءً على صلتهم ومشاركتهم المباشرة في محور البحث.أظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: (١) إن تطبيق الثقافة الدينية في المدرسة الابتدائية الإسلامية الحكومية بمدينة بليتار مُرتَّبٌ بصورة هرمية وفقاً لتكرار الأنشطة الزمنية، وتشمل: الأنشطة اليومية كثقافة التبسم والسلام والتحية (٣س)، وتحفيظ القرآن الكريم، وصلاة الضحى، وتدارس القرآن الكريم، وصلاة الظهر جماعةً؛ والأنشطة الأسبوعية كقراءة سورة يس والتهليل، وأنشطة الطالبات، وزيارة قبر المؤسس، والصدقة الجمعة، وتعليم القراءة والكتابة القرآنية (ب ت ق)؛ فضلاً عن الأنشطة السنوية كمعسكر رمضان الديني وإحياء المناسبات الإسلامية. (٢) تجلّت آثار هذه الثقافة الدينية في أربعة أخلاق حميدة، هي: اللين والأدب، والوعي والاستقلالية في أداء العبادات، والانضباط، والصدق.
