Abstract
INDONESIA:
Meningkatnya prestasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, baik yang bersumber dari dalam (internal) maupun dari luar (eksternal) diri orang yang belajar. Faktor dari dalam yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa di antaranya adalah kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil kajian lapangan tentang (1) Tingkat EQ (Emotional Quotient) siswa di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang. (2) Tingkat SQ (Spiritual Quotient) siswa di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang. (3) Tingkat prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang. (4) Pengaruh dari EQ (Emotional Quotient) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang. (5) Pengaruh dari SQ (Spiritual Quotient) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing- Malang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik solvin dalam pengambilan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket untuk data variabel (X1) yaitu: EQ (Emotional Quotient), variabel (X2) yaitu: SQ (Spiritual Quotient). Sedangkan nilai hasil rapor PAI pada semester gasal digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel (Y) yaitu: prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Data penelitian yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Tingkat EQ (Emotional Quotient) siswa di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang dalam kategori sedang. (2) Tingkat SQ (Spiritual Quotient) siswa di SMP Plus Al- Kautsar Blimbing-Malang dalam kategori sedang. (3) Tingkat prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang dalam kategori sedaang. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari EQ (emotional quetion) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI sebesar 19%. (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari SQ (SpiritualQuestion) terhadap prestasi belaj ar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI sebesar 33%.
ENGLISH:
The increasing of students’ learning achievement is influenced by many factors either internal or external factors from learners’ themselves. The internal aspects which is influenced students’ learning achievement such as Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. The aims of the research are to find out the result of (1) The level of Students’ Emotional Quotient in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing- Malang. (2) The level of Students’ Spiritual Quotient in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang. (3) Students’ learning achievement in Islamic studies in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing- Malang. (4) The effects of Emotional Quotient towards students’ learning achievement in SMP Plus AL-Kautsar Blimbing- Malang. (5) The effects of Spiritual Quotient towards students’ learning achievement in SMP Plus AL- Kautsar Blimbing-Malang. The research is categorized to quantitative research. The sum of research subjects is 120 correspondences using solvin technique. Data collecting using questionnaires technique which is used to variable data (X1): Emotional Quotient and (X2): Spiritual Quotient. While the mark of final report of Islamic Studies in second semester is used to get the data of variable (Y): Students’ achievement in Islamic Studies. After the data were collected then they were analyzed using techniques of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Research hypothesis is tested using simple regressing analysis and double regressing analysis. In testing research hypothesis shown that: (1) The level of students’ Emotional Quotient in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing- Malang categorized in average level, (2) The level of students’ Spiritual Quotient in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang categorized in average level, (3) The level of students’ learning achievement in Islamic Studies in SMP Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang is categorized in average level, (4) There is significance and positive effects from Emotional Quotient towards students’ learning achievement in Islamic Studies in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing-Malang about 19%, (5) There is significance and positive effects from Spiritual Quotient towards students’ learning achievement in Islamic Studies in SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Blimbing- Malang about 33%.
