Abstract

Working productivity is an essential factor for economic and social development since by presenting of high productivity, it can be increase the prosperity. The existence of productivity can be free from human resourcement, capital and technology that produce services and comodities. In resulting a high productivity , there are many factors that influence one of it that is working attitude embracing the willingness to work by turning each other (shift work). The distribution of working hours that is applied by enterprise that operates for 24 hours. It is done in order to not happen any emptiness hours. In this case, the time schedule divided into three hours working, i.e. morning, afternoon, and night. The distribution of working hours is scheduling working hours head for increasing the production. Meanwhile, working productivity is brainwork can be gained the enterprise by exploiting resourcementeffectively and efficiently. Therefore, the indocator of working productitivity uses the most exact methods to chain the maximum result, and uses equipments that appropriate with the methods were choosen, whereas, the use of methods and equipments reducing working obstacle and it has not any risks so every individual has creativity, initiative and exact working attitude. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know is there any influences between two variables, namely free variable : the distribution of working hours and bound variable : working productivity? Menwhile, the kind of this research is quantitative research (non- experiment) and this research is done in Syuhada’ Haji Blitar Hospital. The population is 49 nurses in opname divisions, then the sample is divided by totl cluster sampling technique. And the supporting data in this research is gained through interview and documentations. While, data collection technique that used is likert scale questionnaire, and the data analysis uses ANAREG and ANAVA. Based on the result of the research and the discussion, it was gained that the distribution of working hours covering: moorning shift, afternoon shift and night shift. For maximum working productivity level is 7 persons or 14, 28%, meanwhile medium working productivity is 31 persons or 63, 27% and minimum working productivity is 11 persons or 22, 45%. Based on the hypothesis test was gained the result of tcount smaller than ttable (1, 795 < 2, 021); sig 0, 079 > 0, 05 means that morning shift not influence to working productivity. And for afternoon shift tcount bigger ttable (2, 754 > 2, 021); sig 0, 008 < 0, 05 means that afternoon shift influenced nurses working productivity in opname divisions Syuhada’ Haji Blitar Hospital.
