Abstract
INDONESIA:
Mahasiswa yang berstatus sebagai santri tahfidz menghadapi tuntutan peran ganda antara kewajiban akademik di perguruan tinggi dan tanggung jawab hafalan Al-Qur’an, yang berpotensi menimbulkan keraguan dan tekanan dalam membagi waktu serta menyelesaikan tugas secara tepat waktu. Kondisi tersebut memerlukan peningkatan self efficacy sebagai keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri, yang dapat didukung oleh faktor eksternal seperti dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan orang signifikan, serta faktor internal seperti religiusitas melalui praktik ibadah dan keyakinan spiritual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan religiusitas terhadap self efficacy pada mahasiswa santri tahfidz.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 283 mahasiswa santri tahfidz yang aktif mengampu pendidikan S1/D4 di PTN, PTS, PTKIN, dan PTKIS di Indonesia (seperti Malang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Semarang). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Generalized Self Efficacy Scale (GSES), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS- 15) yang telah dimodifikasi dan divalidasi melalui Expert Judgement serta koefisien Aiken’s V (V ≥ 0,75). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS untuk uji reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,70), uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas), serta uji hipotesis (uji t parsial dan uji F simultan).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa santri tahfidz memiliki tingkat self efficacy tinggi (70,3%; M=31,37), dukungan sosial tinggi
(M=36,76), dan religiusitas tinggi (M=51,22). Secara parsial, dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self efficacy (R²=0,146; p<0,05), dan religiusitas berpengaruh lebih kuat secara signifikan (R²=0,265; p<0,05). Secara simultan, dukungan sosial dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self efficacy (R² sekitar 0,31; p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan religiusitas berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan self efficacy, meskipun faktor lain mungkin turut berperan, dengan implikasi untuk pengembangan program dukungan sosial dan kegiatan religius di kampus.

Students with santri tahfidz status face dual role demands between academic obligations at higher education institutions and Quran memorization
responsibilities, potentially causing doubts and pressure in time management and timely task completion. This condition requires enhanced Self Efficacy as confidence in one's abilities, supported by external factors like social support from family, friends, and significant others, and internal factors like religiosity through worship practices and spiritual beliefs. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of social support and religiosity on Self Efficacy among santri tahfidz students.
This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects consist of 283 active S1/D4 santri tahfidz students studying at PTN, PTS, PTKIN, and PTKIS in Indonesia (e.g., Malang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Semarang). The instruments used are the Generalized Self Efficacy Scale (GSES), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS-15), which have been modified and validated via expert judgment and Aiken’s V coefficient (V ≥ 0.75). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS for reliability tests (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.70), classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity), and hypothesis tests (partial t-test and simultaneous F-test).
The results indicate that most santri tahfidz students have high Self Efficacy Levels (70.3%; M=31.37), high social support (M=36.76), and high religiosity
(M=51.22). Partially, social support significantly influences Self Efficacy (R²=0.146; p<0.05), and religiosity has a stronger significant effect (R²=0.265;
p<0.05). Simultaneously, social support and religiosity significantly influence Self Efficacy (R² approx. 0.30; p<0.05). This demonstrates that social support and religiosity positively contribute to enhancing Self Efficacy, although other factors may play a role, with implications for developing social support programs and religious activities on campus
