Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hal-hal berikut: 1. Adanya lingkungan Bahasa arab yang memadai di Madrasah Wak Tanjong, 2. Lingkungan Bahasa di madrasah dapat membantu pelajar-pelajar meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara, 3. membuktikan bahwa pelajar-pelajar menengah empat dapat mengambil manfaat dari suasana lingkungan bahasa Arab yang dibentuk sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemaheran berbicara.
Penelititian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif, metode pemaparan fenomena sebagaimana kenyataan dan menarik kesimpulan dengan fenomena-fenomena yang nyata.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1. Madrasah Wak Tanjong telah dapat menciptakan lingkungan Bahasa yang sesuai dan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan berbicara kepada pelajar pelajarnya, 2. Lingkungan Bahasa arab dalam kelas tercermin positif hal itu terlihat pada aktifitas-aktifitas pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab, 3. Efektivitas lingkungan Bahasa Arab terlihat dalam peningkatan keterampilan berbicara pelajar-pelajarnya dalam ucapan ucapan nya yang fasih.
Dari realitas penelitian ini kami merekomendasikan beberapa hal berikut:
1 Jika Kita ingin mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara pada pelajar-pelajar maka kita mesti menciptakan lingkungan Bahasa untuk melatih keterampilan dan kemampuan pelajar dalam berbicara. Termasuk aktifitas-aktifitas yang didesain untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara, 2 Aktivasi lingkungan bahasa dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengajarkan keterampilan berbicara terhadap pelajar.
ABSTRACT
The title of this thesis is "The Arab environment in Madarasah Wak Tanjung Al- Islamiyyah Assanawiyyah, Singapore and its effects on raising the proficiency of secondary four students to converse in the language. In the first chapter, the researcher need to answer the following questions: 1. What is the teaching atmosphere in Madrasah Wak Tanjung one that has an Arab characteristics. 2. How the Arabic atmosphere helps the secondary four students to raise their proficiency in conversing in Arabic. 3. How the secondary four students benefited from the atmosphere of Arabic speaking culture and Arabic features in the Madrasah which was introduced by the Arabic language club.
The researcher also hopes to achieve the following goals: 1. To prove that Madrasah Wak Tanjung has the characteristic of an Arabic culture and atmosphere. 2. To prove that the existing atmosphere of Arabic culture in the Madrasah is adequate to raise the proficiency of the students in coversing of the Arabic language. 3. To prove that the secondary four students have benefited from the measures, atmosphere and characteristic introduced by the Arabic language club and that it has helped them to master the language. The second point explains the importance of the presence of Arabic culture and atmosphere in the Madrasah when it is apparent that the Noble Qur'an and Sunnah cannot be understood without the full comprehension of the Arabic language. The ability to understand the two Sacred Texts (i.e. the Noble Qur'an and Sunnah) cannot be achieve if we are weak in the Arabic language, therefore in order for us to fully comprehend the two Sacred Texts, we must first master the Arabic language.
The presenter will also refer to all the past researches made on the topic and at the same time the presenter will highlight and discuss the points made in those researches and how it has benefitted him. The presenter will then explain the relationship to those researches and its difference with his own research. For the third chapter, the presenter will explain the method used in his research which is "Wasfi" (reflection). Then the presenter will discuss the implications on the society, the examples and the methods that was used. In the fourth chapter, the presenter will explain how and where the information was obtained and how it has helps in his research. In the fifth chapter, upon completion of the research, the presenter will show the product together with the proposed recommendations on the subject matter of his research.
