Keberadaan adat Nobat terhadap keberlangsungan berubah tangga: Studi di Desa Bayan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara

Adat Nobat, sebagai puncak prosesi perkawinan masyarakat adat Desa Bayan, mencerminkan keunikan budaya Sasak yang menganut paham Wetu Telu. Prosesi sakral ini melibatkan pengucapan syahadat dan sajikrama, yang merupakan aturan khas dalam ritual pernikahan. Adat Nobat berperan penting dalam menjaga harmonisasi sosial dan memperkuat jaringan komunitas di Desa Bayan. Dalam praktiknya, Adat Nobat tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai instrumen untuk menjaga harmonisasi sosial dan memperkuat jaringan sosial, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai tradisional yang dijunjung tinggi oleh masyarakat Bayan, terutama nilai kebersamaan. Penelitian ini mengajukan dua rumusan masalah. Pertama, penelitian akan mengkaji eksistensi adat Nobat di Desa Bayan, Lombok Utara, melalui pendekatan teori ‘urf. Kedua, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali implikasi adat Nobat terhadap keberlangsungan berumah tangga dengan menggunakan analisis teori maslahah mursalah.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan praktik Adat Nobat secara empiris berdasarkan data dan fakata yang terjadi di lapangan. Temuan empiris tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kemudian dihubungkan dengan teori ‘urf dan konsep maslahah mursalah untuk mengidentifikasi implikasi adat Nobat terhadap keberlangsungan dan kemaslahatannya dalam kehidupan berumah tangga.

Temuan penelitian memuat dua point. Pertama bahwa Adat Nobat berperan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bayan. Adat ini ditinjau dari perspektif ‘urf tergolong ‘urf sahih karena tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariat Islam dan mencerminkan nilai-nilai yang dijunjung tinggi dalam masyarakat. Keberadaan Adat Nobat tidak hanya menjaga norma sosial yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas budaya masyarakat Bayan di tengah tantangan modernisasi dan arus globalisasi. Kedua Hasil penelitian ini secara tegas menunjukkan bahwa Adat Nobat memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan kehidupan berumah tangga. Tradisi ini terbukti berkontribusi secara positif dalam membentuk dinamika rumah tangga yang dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai kebaikan dan keharmonisan yang kokoh antara lain dengan mendorong perilaku positif dan memperkuat keharmonisan keluarga.

Adat Nobat, as the culmination of the traditional wedding procession of the indigenous community of Bayan Village, reflects the unique culture of the Sasak people who adhere to the Wetu Telu philosophy. This sacred procession involves the recitation of the shahada and sajikrama, which are specific rules in the wedding ritual. Adat Nobat plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and strengthening community networks in Bayan Village. In practice, Adat Nobat not only functions as an instrument to maintain social harmony and strengthen social networks, but also reflects the traditional values upheld by the Bayan community, especially the value of togetherness. This study proposes two research questions. First, the study will examine the existence of the Nobat custom in Bayan Village, North Lombok, through the 'urf theory approach. Second, this study aims to explore the implications of the Nobat custom on the sustainability of marriage using the maslahah mursalah theory analysis.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that empirically describes the practice of Adat Nobat based on data and facts observed in the field. The empirical findings are then analyzed descriptively and linked to the theory of 'urf and the concept of maslahah mursalah to identify the implications of Adat Nobat on its sustainability and benefits in family life.

The findings of this study contain two points. First, that Adat Nobat plays an important role in the lives of the Bayan community. This custom is viewed from the perspective of 'urf as a valid 'urf because it does not conflict with the principles of Islamic law and reflects the values upheld in society. The existence of Adat Nobat not only preserves social norms that have been passed down from generation to generation, but also strengthens the cultural identity of the Bayan community amid the challenges of modernization and globalization. Second, the results of this study clearly show that Adat Nobat has significant implications for the sustainability of family life. This tradition has been proven to contribute positively to shaping household dynamics based on strong values of kindness and harmony, among other things by encouraging positive behavior and strengthening family harmony.

تقليد نوبات، باعتباره تتويجًا لموكب الزفاف التقليدي لمجتمع قرية بايان الأصلي، يعكس الثقافة الفريدة لشعب ساساك الذي يعتنق نظام المعتقدات ويتو تيلو. يتضمن هذا الموكب المقدس تلاوة الشهادة والسجكراما، وهما قاعدتان محددتان في طقوس الزفاف. يلعب عرف نوبات دورًا مهمًا في الحفاظ على الوئام الاجتماعي وتقوية شبكات المجتمع في قرية بايان. في الممارسة العملية، لا يعمل عرف نوبات كأداة للحفاظ على الوئام الاجتماعي وتقوية الشبكات الاجتماعية فحسب، بل يعكس أيضًا القيم التقليدية التي يتمسك بها مجتمع بايان، وخاصة قيمة الترابط. تطرح هذه الدراسة سؤالين بحثيين. أولاً، ستدرس الدراسة وجود عادة نوبات في قرية بايان، شمال لومبوك، من خلال نهج نظرية العرف. ثانياً، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف آثار عادة نوبات على استدامة الزواج باستخدام تحليل نظرية المصلحة المرسلة.

تستخدم هذه الدراسة طريقة وصفية نوعية تصف بشكل تجريبي ممارسة أادات نوبات استناداً إلى البيانات والحقائق التي تمت ملاحظتها في الميدان. ثم يتم تحليل النتائج التجريبية بشكل وصفي وربطها بنظرية العرف ومفهوم المصلحة المرسلة لتحديد آثار أادات نوبات على استدامتها وفوائدها في الحياة الأسرية

تتضمن نتائج البحث نقطتين. أولاً، أن عادة ”أدات نوبات“ تلعب دوراً مهماً في حياة مجتمع بايان. يُنظر إلى هذه العادة من منظور ”العرف“ على أنها عرف صحيح لأنها لا تتعارض مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية وتعكس القيم التي يؤمن بها المجتمع. إن وجود عادة ”أدات نوبات“ لا يحافظ فقط على الأعراف الاجتماعية التي توارثتها الأجيال، بل يعزز أيضاً الهوية الثقافية لمجتمع بايان في خضم تحديات التحديث والعولمة. ثانياً، تظهر نتائج هذه الدراسة بوضوح أن عادة ”أدات نوبات“ لها آثار مهمة على استدامة الحياة الأسرية. وقد ثبت أن هذه التقاليد تساهم بشكل إيجابي في تشكيل ديناميات الأسرة القائمة على قيم قوية من اللطف والانسجام، من خلال تشجيع السلوك الإيجابي وتعزيز الانسجام الأسري، من بين أمور أخرى.
