Potensi interaksi obat pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang sering dikelola dengan terapi polifarmasi. Penggunaan lebih dari satu obat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya interaksi obat, yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas terapi dan keamanan pasien. Data mengenai potensi interaksi obat antihipertensi di tingkat pelayanan primer seperti puskesmas masih perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui profil penggunaan obat antihipertensi, (2) Mengetahui persentase resep yang berpotensi mengalami interaksi obat antihipertensi, dan (3) Mengidentifikasi jenis obat antihipertensi yang paling sering terlibat dalam interaksi obat di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Data diambil dari rekam medis pasien hipertensi berusia 18-50 tahun periode tahun 2018. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 351 rekam medis. Potensi interaksi dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Lexicomp dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tingkat keparahan (minor, moderate, major). Hasil: [Bagian ini akan diisi setelah hasil penelitian diperoleh. Berdasarkan latar belakang, hasil yang diharapkan mencakup profil obat antihipertensi yang umum digunakan, persentase resep dengan potensi interaksi, serta identifikasi obat-obat yang paling sering menimbulkan interaksi. Kesimpulan: [Bagian ini akan merangkum temuan utama penelitian mengenai besaran dan karakteristik potensi interaksi obat antihipertensi di Puskesmas Dinoyo. Diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat menjadi masukan untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan klinis dan optimalisasi terapi pasien hipertensi.

Background: Hypertension is a global health problem often managed with polypharmacy therapy. The use of more than one drug increases the risk of drug interactions, which can affect therapy effectiveness and patient safety. Data regarding the potential for antihypertensive drug interactions at the primary healthcare level, such as community health centers, still requires further investigation.Objectives: This study aims to: (1) Determine the profile of antihypertensive drug use, (2) Determine the percentage of prescriptions with the potential for antihypertensive drug interactions, and (3) Identify the types of antihypertensive drugs most frequently involved in drug interactions at Dinoyo Community Health Center, Malang City. Methods: This study uses a descriptive observational design with a retrospective approach. Data were taken from the medical records of hypertensive patients aged 18-50 years for the 2018 period. A sample of 351 medical records was taken using purposive sampling. The potential for interaction was analyzed using the Lexicomp application and classified based on severity level (minor, moderate, major). الخلفية: يُعد ارتفاع ضغط الدم مشكلة صحية عالمية غالبًا ما يتم التعامل معها بالعلاج متعدد الأدوية. يزيد استخدام أكثر من دواء واحد من خطر حدوث تفاعلات دوائية، مما قد يؤثر على فعالية العلاج وسلامة المريض. لا تزال البيانات المتعلقة بإمكانية تفاعل أدوية خفض ضغط الدم في مستوى الرعاية الأولية مثل المراكز الصحية تحتاج إلى مزيد من الدراسة.
