Abstract
INDONESIA:
Bangunan merupakan sesuatu yang didirikan oleh manusia dengan tujuan untuk berlindung. Dengan pertumbuhan kota dan desa yang sangat cepat dibutuhkan cara cepat untuk menandai bangunan dari citra satelit.
Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat mensegmentasi banguan pada citra satelit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Watershed Transform dengan dalam proses segmentasi, grayscale dan Treshold sebagai metode preprocessing, dan Morphological Gradient dan gradient magnitude Sobel sebagai metode pre-segmentation. Kombinasi metode tersebut digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan segmentasi dan mengurangi terjadinya oversegmentation yang terjadi sebelum kombinasi metode dilakukan.
Hasil pengujian aplikasi terhadap citra satelit bangunan menunjukkan prosentase rata-rata akurasi Akurasi = 80.4433%, Sensitifitas = 68.7077%, Spesifitas = 80.4580%.
ENGLISH:
The building is something that is established by human with the purpose for shelter. With the growth of towns and villages very quickly needed a quick way to mark the building in the satellite imagery.
The study was conducted to create an application that can segmenting building in the satellite image. This study uses the Watershed Transform in the process of segmentation, grayscale and thresholding as preprocessing methods, and morphological gradient and gradient magnitude Sobel as pre-segmentation method. That combination of methods can be used to optimize segmentation and reduce the occurrence of oversegmentation that occurred before the combination of methods is done.
The test results of the application of satellite imagery of the building shows the percentage of the average accuracy Accuracy = 80.4433%, sensitivity = 68.7077%, specificity = 80.4580%.
