Abstract
INDONESIA:

Data were collected through questionnaires covering aspects of physical and mental health as well as PHBS implementation and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results show that the majority of pilgrims meet the health istitha’ah criteria (85%), with some requiring assistance (10%). Regarding PHBS implementation, most pilgrims exhibit good behavior (75%), consistently maintaining personal hygiene, food hygiene, and environmental cleanliness.
