Filantropi inklusif dan berkelanjutan pada masyarakat multicultural: Jaringan, model, strategi dan kontestasi filantropi Islam dan Katolik dalam penguatan ekonomi di Klepu Sooko Ponorogo

Praktik filantropi inklusif dan berkelanjutan oleh umat Islam dan Katolik di Klepu Sooko Ponorogo merupakan representasi masyarakat multikultural. Dengan jumlah umat Islam dan Katolik yang tidak terlalu jauh, praktik filantropi tersebut tidak muncul dari ruang hampa. Potret dinamika sosial dan agama yang terjadi menarik diungkap dalam rangka untuk melihat sejauh mana para aktor filantropi berbasis agama tersebut merancang model, strategi penguasaan sumber daya, serta membentuk simpul-simpul jaringan baik di ranah grassroot maupun elite sehingga menjadikan Klepu sebagai arena kontestasi filantropi di masyarakat multikultural sebagaimana menjadi tujuan pada penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan multi kasus. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil wawancara kepada para aktor filantropi Islam dan Katolik di Klepu serta beberapa masyarakat sebagai penerima manfaat. Sumber sekunder berasal dari observasi dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan praktik filantropi kedua agama tersebut. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa menggunakan teori praktik sosial yang dikembangkan oleh Pierre Bourdieu.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Jaringan yang dibentuk oleh filantropi Islam dan Katolik lebih menekankan pada kemanfaatan material dan non material, kepercayaan dan intensitas interaksi, serta kesamaan makna, nilai dan budaya; 2) Model filantropi Islam di Klepu masih bersifat tradisional dan secara institusional sebagai sosial capital yang menekankan pada keberlanjutan aspek dampak sosial, sedangkan filantropi Katolik telah melembaga sehingga dengan strategic giving-nya dapat mencapai keberlanjutan kolektif, kelembagaan dan dampak sosial. Setiap aktor filantropi mengatur model pendistribusian manfaat secara inklusif dengan tetap memegang aturan agama, skala prioritas dan kerukunan; 3) Strategi penguasaan sumber daya (modal/ capital), filantropi Katolik memiliki sumber daya yang lebih terstruktur khususnya modal ekonomi dan budaya (intelektual), sedang filantropi Islam lebih kepada modal sosial. 4) Kontestasi filantropi Islam dan Katolik merupakan hasil dari interaksi sosial yang kompleks dan dinamis dengan melalui tahapan-tahapan yaitu: pendalaman konteks sosial dan budaya masyarakat, perjumpaan dan interaksi antar komunitas, munculnya inisiatif filantropi dari akar rumput, kontestasi filantropi Islam dan Katolik antara kompetisi atau kolaborasi nilai, serta transformasi menuju inklusifitas dan berkelanjutan.

ENGLISH:

The practice of inclusive and sustainable philanthropy by Muslims and Catholics in Klepu Sooko Ponorogo is representative of a multicultural society. With the number of Muslims and Catholics not too far apart, this philanthropic practice did not emerge from a vacuum. The portrait of the social and religious dynamics that occur is interesting to reveal in order to see the extent to which these religious-based philanthropic actors design models, resource control strategies, and form network nodes at both the grassroots and elite levels, making Klepu an arena for philanthropic contestation in a multicultural society, as is the objective of this study.

This study uses a qualitative method with a multi-case approach. Primary data was obtained from interviews with Islamic and Catholic philanthropic actors in Klepu and several members of the community who are beneficiaries. Secondary sources came from observations and documentation related to the philanthropic practices of both religions. The data obtained was then analyzed using the theory of social practice developed by Pierre Bourdieu.

The results of this study show that: 1) Networks formed by Islamic and Catholic philanthropy place greater emphasis on material and non-material benefits, trust and intensity of interaction, and similarities in meaning, values, and culture; 2) The Islamic philanthropy model in Klepu is still traditional and institutionally acts as social capital that emphasizes the sustainability of social impact, while Catholic philanthropy has become institutionalized so that its strategic giving can achieve collective sustainability, institutionalization, and social impact. Each philanthropic actor regulates the model of benefit distribution inclusively while adhering to religious rules, priorities, and harmony; 3) In terms of resource (capital) control strategies, Catholic philanthropy has more structured resources, particularly economic and cultural (intellectual) capital, while Islamic philanthropy focuses more on social capital. 4) The contestation between Islamic and Catholic philanthropy is the result of complex and dynamic social interactions through the following stages: deepening of the social and cultural context of the community, encounters and interactions between communities, the emergence of grassroots philanthropic initiatives, the contestation between Islamic and Catholic philanthropy in terms of competition or collaboration of values, and the transformation towards inclusiveness and sustainability.

تمثل ممارسة األعمال الخيرية الشاملة والمستدامة من قبل المسلمين والكاثوليك في كليبو سوكو بونوروغو مجتمعًا متعدد الثقافات. ونظ ًرا ألن عدد المسلمين والكاثوليك متقارب، فإن هذه الممارسة الخيرية لم تظهر من فراغ بدون سياق. من المثير لالهتمام الكشف عن الصورة التي تعكس الديناميات االجتماعية والدينية التي تحدث، من أجل معرفة المدى الذي يصل إليه هؤالء الفاعلون الخيرون الدينيون في تصميم النماذج واستراتيجيات التحكم في الموارد وتشكيل شبكات العالقات على مستوى القاعدة الشعبية والنخبة على حد سواء، مما يجعل كليبو ساحة للمنافسة والمسابقات الخيرية في مجتمع متعدد الثقافات، وهو الهدف من هذه الدراسة. تستخدم هذه الدراسة طريقة نوعية مع نهج متعدد الحاالت. تم الحصول على البيانات األولية من مقابالت مع جهات فاعلة خيرية إسالمية وكاثوليكية في كليبو والعديد من أفراد المجتمع المستفيدين. تم الحصول على المصادر الثانوية من المالحظات والوثائق المتعلقة بالممارسات الخيرية لكال الديانتين. ثم تم تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام نظرية الممارسة االجتماعية التي طورها بيير بورديو. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1( تركز الشبكات التي تشكلها المؤسسات الخيرية اإلسالمية والكاثوليكية بشكل أكبر على الفوائد المادية وغير المادية، والثقة وكثافة التفاعل، فضالً عن المعاني والقيم والثقافة المشتركة؛ 2( ال يزال نموذج العمل الخيري اإلسالمي في كليبو تقليديًا ومؤسسيًا قائ ًما على رأس المال االجتماعي الذي يركز على استدامة األثر االجتماعي، في حين أصبح العمل الخيري الكاثوليكي مؤسسيًا بحيث يمكن أن تحقق عطاياه االستراتيجية االستدامة الجماعية والمؤسسية واألثر االجتماعي. يقوم كل فاعل خيري بتنظيم نموذج توزيع الفوائد بشكل شامل مع االلتزام بالقواعد الدينية واألولويات واالنسجام؛ 3( من حيث استراتيجية التحكم في الموارد )رأس المال(، تتمتع المؤسسات الخيرية الكاثوليكية بموارد أكثر تنظيما،ً ال سيما رأس المال االقتصادي والثقافي )الفكري(، في حين تركز المؤسسات الخيرية اإلسالمية بشكل أكبر على رأس المال االجتماعي. 4( التنافس بين العمل الخيري اإلسالمي والكاثوليكي هو نتيجة لتفاعالت اجتماعية معقدة وديناميكية تمر بالمراحل التالية: تعميق السياق االجتماعي والثقافي للمجتمع، واللقاءات والتفاعالت بين المجتمعات، وظهور مبادرات خيرية شعبية، والتنافس بين العمل الخيري اإلسالمي والكاثوليكي من حيث التنافس أو التعاون في القيم، والتحول نحو الشمولية واالستدامة
