Lebah dan relevansinya terhadap kepemimpinan Swarm Intelligence: Kajian komparatif Tafsir al-Jawāhir karya Syekh Thanthawi Jauhari dan Tafsir al-Munīr karya Wahbah Az-Zuhaili

ABSTRAK

Lebah sebagai serangga yang diistimewakan Allah hidup secara berkoloni. Kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya berpusat pada ratu lebah, melainkan kecerdasan kolektif tiap anggotanya telah mencerminkan sistem kepemimpinan berbasis Swarm Intelegence. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji relevansi lebah terhadap konsep kepemimpinan Swarm Intelligence melalui kajian komparatif terhadap dua pendekatan, yakni corak ‘Ilmī berupa Tafsir al-Jawāhir karya Syekh Thanthawi dan Adabī Ijtimā‘ī berupa Tafsir al-Munīr karya Wahbah az-Zuhaili.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis riset kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data berupa library research, dan teknik analisis isi sebagai teknik analisis data. Sumber data berasal dari sumber primer berupa Tafsir al-Jawāhir karya Syekh Thanthawi dan Tafsir al-Munīr karya Wahbah az-Zuhaili, serta sumber data sekunder yang relevan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua mufasir mengisyaratkan adanya sistem kehidupan lebah yang terdiri atas tiga strata mencerminkan kepemimpinan kolektif yang teratur melalui desentralisasi, otonomi kerja, komunikasi efektif antaranggota, serta munculan dari integrasi antara informasi biologis (sistem lebah) dan informasi teologis (ilham ilahi) berupa kepemimpinan berbasis kecerdasan kolektif yang adil, teratur, dan harmonis.

ABSTRAK

Bees, as insects favored by Allah, live in colonies. Its leadership is not only centered on the queen bee, but also on the collective intelligence of each member, reflecting a leadership system based on swarm intelligence. This study aims to examine the relevance of bees to the concept of Swarm Intelligence leadership through a comparative study of two approaches, namely the scientific style of Tafsir al-Jawāhir by Sheikh Thanthawi Jauhari and socio-cultural of Tafsir al-Munīr by Wahbah az-Zuhaili.
This research is a type of library research with a qualitative approach, library research as data collection techniques, and content analysis techniques as as the analytical method. The data sources come from primary sources such as of Tafsir al-Jawāhir by Sheikh Thanthawi Jauhari and Tafsir al-Munīr by Wahbah az-Zuhaili, as well as relevant secondary data sources.
The results of the study show that both interpreters suggest that the bee life system consists of three strata reflecting orderly collective leadership through decentralization, work autonomy, effective communication between colonies, and the emergence of integration between biological information (the bee system) and theological information (divine inspiration) in the form of leadership based on collective intelligence that is fair, orderly, and harmonious.

تعيش النحل وهي من المخلوقات التي كرّمها الله في مستعمرات منظمة. ولا تقتصر قيادتها على ملكة النحل فحسب، بل تشمل أيضًا الذكاء الجماعي لكل فرد من أفرادها، مما يعكس نظام قيادة قائم على الذكاء الجماعي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص صلة النحل بمفهوم القيادة القائمة على الذكاء الجماعي من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين نهجين، هما نهج التفسير العلمي المتمثل في تفسير الجواهر للشيخ طنطاوي جوهري والأدبي الاجتماعي المتمثل في تفسير المنير لوهبة الزحيلي.
هذا البحث هو البحث المكتبي ذات النهج النوعي، ويستخدم البحث المكتبي لجمع البيانات من المراجع الأولية والثانوية وتحليل المحتوى لتحليل البيانات. مصادر البيانات مستمدة من مصادر أولية، وهي تفسير الجواهر للشيخ طنطاوي جوهري وتفسير المنير لوهبة الزحيلي، بالإضافة إلى مصادر ثانوية ذات صلة.
تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن كلا المفسرين يقترحان أن نظام حياة النحل يتكون من ثلاث طبقات تعكس القيادة الجماعية المنظمة من خلال اللامركزية، استقلالية العمل، والتواصل الفعال بين المستعمرات، وظهور التكامل بين المعلومات البيولوجية (نظام النحل) والمعلومات الإلهية (الإلهام الإلهي) في شكل قيادة قائمة على الذكاء الجماعي العادل والمنظم والمتناغم.
