Abstract
INDONESIA:
Salah satu dampak dari penyakit Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) adalah pecahnya pembuluh darah mata, dikenal sebagai Hemorrhage. Gejala yang dapat ditemui oleh orang yang terkena penyakit ini adalah kesulitan dalam membaca, penglihatan kabur, penglihatan tiba-tiba menurun pada satu mata, melihat lingkaran-lingkaran cahaya, melihat bintik gelap, dan cahaya berkedip. Hal ini terjadi karena ada rembesan darah yang mengenai lensa mata.
Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan hasil identifikasi Hemorrhage pada citra retina sesuai dengan tingkat stadium Retinopathy Gradenya. Proses identifikasi dari hemorrhage, meliputi dua tahap utama yaitu preprocessing dan identifikasi. Metode preprocessing yang digunakan diantaranya penyesuaian ukuran citra, operasi BV_Image, penghilangan noise dengan medfilt2, threshold, dan proses identifikasi menggunakan metode gauss gradient filter orde 2 sehingga hemorrhage dapat dideteksi.
Aplikasi dapat mendeteksi Hemorrhage dan dalam citra fundus yang diujikan dengan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 87 % dari seluruh citra.

One of the effects of the Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) disease is a cracked of eye blood vessels, known as the Hemorrhages disease. Symptoms that can be encountered by people affected by this disease are difficulty in reading, blurred vision, sudden decreased vision in one eye, seeing halos, seeing dark spots, and a flashing light. This happens because there is seepage of blood on the lens of the eye.
The research was conducted to create an application that can display the results of the identification hemorrhages on retinal image according to the degree of its retinopathy grade stage. The process of identification of hemorrhage, includes two main phases, namely preprocessing and identification. Preprocessing methods are used including image size adjustments, BV_Image operation, noise removal with medfilt2, thresholding, and the process of identification using the method of Gauss gradient filter of order 2 so that hemorrhage can be detected.
Applications can detect hemorrhage and tested in a fundus image with a success percentage of 87% of the entire images.
