Abstract
INDONESIA :
Guru privat merupakan salah satu pelaku dari proses belajar mengajar. Dengannya diharapkan mampu mengatasi kesulitan siswa tatkala mengalami masalah atau kesulitan dengan materi yang telah didapatkan di sekolah. Awalnya, pemilihan atau penentuan guru privat dilakukan secara naluri tanpa memperhatikan prioritas mana yang lebih penting dan tidak. Permasalahannya adalah banyaknya kriteria yang saling terkait satu sama lain dan masing-masing memiliki prioritas yang berbeda, seperti pengalaman mengajar, penguasaan materi, dan ketersediaan waktu guru. Untuk itu, perlu adanya suatu sistem yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi terbaik sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Dalam skripsi ini diterangkan tentang sistem penentuan guru privat menggunanakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Sistem ini mampu memberikan hasil rekomendasi optimum sebesar 86% sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Sehingga dengan hasil rekomendasi tersebut diharapakan mampu memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat dan lebih mendekati preferensi dalam memilih guru privat.

Private teacher is one of the actors of the learning process. With him is expected to overcome the difficulties of students when experiencing problems or difficulties with the material they have learned at school. Initially, the selection or determination of a tutor performed instinctively without regard to the priority which is more important and not. The problem is the number of criteria which are related to one another and each has different priorities, such as teaching experience, mastery of the material, and the availability of teacher time. Thus, it is necessary to build a system that is able to provide recommendations to best suit the needs of students. In this paper explained about the determination of a tutor system menggunanakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. The system is capable of providing optimum result of recommendations by 86% according to the needs of students. So the results of these recommendations is expected able to provide information that is more accurate and closer to the preferences in choosing a tutor.
