Adaptasi Wong & Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) versi Indonesia: Analisis CFA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti struktur internal validitas Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) versi Indonesia melalui analisis faktor. WLEIS merupakan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional dalam konteks organisasi dan personal. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan alat ukur kecerdasan emosional di Indonesia, adaptasi WLEIS diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengukuran kecerdasan emosional yang lebih relevan secara budaya. Penelitian ini secara khusus mengevaluasi apakah struktur faktor WLEIS versi asli tetap konsisten setelah diadaptasi ke dalam konteks mahasiswa Indonesia.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan dari 211 mahasiswa di Indonesia menggunakan kuesioner WLEIS yang telah diadaptasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Proses analisis dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, mulai dari pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner daring hingga pengolahan data menggunakan teknik CFA untuk memastikan validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas instrumen. Selain itu, berbagai pengujian tambahan seperti Chi-square, CFI, TLI, RMSEA, dan SRMR dilakukan untuk menilai kesesuaian model 1 orde.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WLEIS versi Indonesia tetap mempertahankan struktur faktor empat dimensi yaitu Self-Emotion Appraisal (SEA), Others' Emotion Appraisal (OEA), Use of Emotion (UOE), dan Regulation of Emotion (ROE). Hasil analisis model fit menunjukkan nilai CFI sebesar 0,952 dan TLI sebesar 0,941, yang menunjukkan kecocokan model yang baik. Selain itu, nilai RMSEA sebesar 0,055 dan SRMR sebesar 0,046 juga mengindikasikan model yang sesuai dengan data. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa WLEIS versi Indonesia memiliki struktur internal yang sesuai dengan struktur konstruknya serta layak digunakan dalam konteks mahasiswa Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the evidence of the internal structure of the validity of the Indonesian version of Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) through factor analysis. WLEIS is an instrument used to measure emotional intelligence in organizational and personal contexts. With the increasing need for emotional intelligence measuring tools in Indonesia, the adaptation of the WLEIS is expected to contribute to a more culturally relevant measurement of emotional intelligence. This study specifically evaluates whether the factor structure of the original version of the WLEIS remains consistent after being adapted to the context of Indonesian students.

This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected from 211 college students in Indonesia using an adapted WLEIS questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). In addition, the analysis process was conducted in several stages, from data collection through online questionnaires to data processing using CFA techniques to ensure construct validity and instrument reliability. In addition, various tests such as Chi-square, CFI, TLI, RMSEA, and SRMR were conducted to assess the suitability of the 1st order model.

The results showed that the Indonesian version of WLEIS retained the four-dimensional factor structure of Self-Emotion Appraisal (SEA), Others' Emotion Appraisal (OEA), Use of Emotion (UOE), and Regulation of Emotion (ROE). The results of the model fit analysis show a CFI value of 0.952 and TLI of 0.941, which indicates a good model fit. In addition, the RMSEA value of 0.055 and the SRMR of 0.046 also indicate a model that fits the data. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Indonesian version of WLEIS has an internal structure that is in accordance with its construct structure and is suitable for use in the context of Indonesian students.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل دليل البنية الداخلية لصحة مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لـ "وونغ ولاو" (WLEIS) بنسخته الإندونيسية من خلال تحليل العوامل. يُعد WLEIS أداة تُستخدم لقياس الذكاء العاطفي في السياقات التنظيمية والشخصية. ومع تزايد الحاجة إلى أداة لقياس الذكاء العاطفي في إندونيسيا، يُتوقع أن تسهم تكييفات WLEIS في توفير قياس أكثر ملاءمة ثقافيًا للذكاء العاطفي. يقيّم هذا البحث بشكل خاص ما إذا كانت بنية العوامل في النسخة الأصلية من WLEIS لا تزال متسقة بعد تكييفها في سياق طلاب الجامعات الإندونيسيين.

استخدم هذا البحث المنهج الكمي من خلال أسلوب المسح. تم جمع البيانات من ٢١١ طالبًا جامعيًا في إندونيسيا باستخدام استبيان WLEIS المعدل. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تحليل العوامل التأكيدي (CFA). نُفذت عملية التحليل بعدة مراحل، بدءًا من جمع البيانات عبر الاستبيان الإلكتروني حتى معالجة البيانات باستخدام تقنيات CFA لضمان صلاحية البناء وموثوقية الأداة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أُجريت اختبارات إضافية مثل مربع كاي (Chi-square)، ومؤشر الملاءمة المقارن (CFI)، ومؤشر تاكر-لويس (TLI)، ومتوسط جذر مربع الخطأ التقريبي (RMSEA)، وجذر متوسط المربعات القياسي المتبقي (SRMR) لتقييم ملاءمة نموذج الرتبة الأولى.

أظهرت نتائج البحث أن النسخة الإندونيسية من WLEIS احتفظت ببنية العوامل ذات الأبعاد الأربعة، وهي تقييم العاطفة الذاتية (SEA)، وتقييم عاطفة الآخرين (OEA)، واستخدام العاطفة (UOE)، وتنظيم العاطفة (ROE). أظهرت نتائج تحليل ملاءمة النموذج قيمة CFI بلغت ٠٫٩٥٢ و TLI بلغت ٠٫٩٤١، مما يدل على ملاءمة جيدة للنموذج. كما أشارت قيمة RMSEA البالغة ٠٫٠٥٥ و SRMR البالغة ٠٫٠٤٦ إلى توافق النموذج مع البيانات. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، يمكن الاستنتاج أن النسخة الإندونيسية من WLEIS تمتلك بنية داخلية تتوافق مع بنية البناء الأصلية، وهي صالحة للاستخدام في سياق طلاب الجامعات في إندونيسيا.
