Abstract
INDONESIA:
Motivasi belajar dapat dimaknai sebagai dorongan baik dari dalam maupun luar individu yang menggerakkan siswa untuk belajar serta mempertahankan perilakunya demi meraih keberhasilan akademik. Akan tetapi, kenyataan di lapangan tidak semua siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang kuat, terutama pada mata pelajaran matematika yang kerap sulit dan menantang. Rendahnya motivasi belajar dapat berimplikasi pada menurunnya kinerja dan pencapaian akademik siswa. Salah satu pendekatan yang diyakini dapat menunjang peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa adalah melalui pengembangan self-regulated learning, yaitu kemampuan individu dalam mengelola, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi proses belajarnya secara mandiri. Self-regulated learning memungkinkan siswa untuk menetapkan tujuan, menentukan strategi belajar yang sesuai, serta memantau dan merefleksikan pemahaman mereka, sehingga mampu menjaga dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana self-regulated learning dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad pada mata pelajaran matematika.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling dengan melibatkan 123 siswa SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad sebagai responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self-regulated learning dan motivasi belajar.
Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan mayoritas tingkat self-regulated learning siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 73,17% atau 90 siswa dan mayoritas tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 67,48% atau 83 siswa. Uji regresi menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau di bawah 0,05 dan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,720, yang artinya terdapat terdapat pengaruh self-regulated learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan self-regulated learning mempengaruhi motivasi belajar sebesar 72%.

Learning motivation can be defined as internal and external drives that motivate students to learn and maintain their behavior in order to achieve academic success. However, in reality, not all students have strong learning motivation, especially in mathematics, which is often difficult and challenging. Low learning motivation can lead to a decline in student performance and academic achievement. One approach that is believed to support the improvement of student learning motivation is through the development of self-regulated learning, which is the
ability of individuals to manage, direct, and evaluate their learning process independently. Self-regulated learning allows students to set goals, determine appropriate learning strategies, and monitor and reflect on their understanding, thereby maintaining and improving their learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which self-regulated learning can influence student learning motivation at SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad in mathematics. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach with regression analysis and proportionate stratified random sampling techniques, involving 123 students from SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad as respondents. Data collection instruments used self-regulated learning and learning motivation scales. The research results indicate that the majority of students' self-regulatedlearning levels in mathematics are in the moderate category at 73.17% or 90 students, and the majority of students' learning motivation levels in mathematics are in the moderate category at 67.48% or 83 students. The regression test yielded
a significance value of 0.000 or below 0.05 and an R-Square value of 0.720, meaning that there is an influence of self-regulated learning on students' learning motivation in mathematics, with self-regulated learning influencing learning motivation by 72%.
