Abstract
INDONESIA :
Kurikulum adalah seperangkat alat bahan ajar atau panduan dalam pendidikan yang harus dimiliki oleh semua lembaga pendidikan pormal dan harus di kuasai oleh seorang guru/pendidik untuk di ajarkan kepada peserta didik hal ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan siswa sampai kepada garis finish sesuai dengan harapan yang dimaksudkan dalam lembaga pendidikan, pendidikan agama islam merupakan usaha yang dilakukan pendidik untuk menumbuh kembangkan peserta didik dalam bidang pengetahuan agama Islam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan Pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Religious Culture di SMA Negeri 15 Takengon Binaan Nenggeri Antara, dengan sub fokus mencakup: (1) Proses perencanaan pengembanganKurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (2) Pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama (3)Sistemevaluasi pengembangan kurikulum Pedidikan Agama Islam. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik metode observasi, wawancara,dukumentasi. Tehnik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti: ketekunan pengamatan,tehnik trigulasi, analisis kasus negatif, Mengadakan Member Check, uraian rinci, auditing dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber, teori dan metode. Informan peneliti yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru pendidikan agama islam.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Proses Perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum meliputistudi kelayakan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis Religious Culture,di awali dengandasar pemikiran pengembangan kurikulum,Landasan terhadap kurikulum,Mekanisme pengembangan kurikulum,Tujuan kurikulum yang berbasis religious culture. yang akan membawa perobahan yang signifikan terhadap pendidikan serta karakter siswa.(2)Pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis religious culture ini dapat di lihat bahwa kurikulum SMA Negeri 15 BNA ini memiliki jam pembelajaran yang di sesuaikan dengan pendidikan nasional dan memiliki jam tambahan pada sore hari yang jumlahnya yaitu Kelas X : 45 jam pelajaran Kelas XI : 45 Jam Pelajaran dan Kelas XII : 49 Jam Pelajaran, di tambah dengan kegiatan jam pelajaran tambahan pada sore hari sehingga religious culture dapat terwujud. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan secara matang dan melakukan perobahan kepada arah yang lebih baik untuk mencapai tujuan dan harapan dari sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah, kemudian evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan agar menyesuaikan dengan fenomena yang telah terjadi.

The curriculum is a set of tools or instructional materials in educational guidelines that must be possessed by all the institutions of formal education and must be mastered by a teacher / educator to teach the learners in this case aims to acquire and develop science students to the finish line in line with expectations intended in educational institutions, the Islamic religious education educator effort to cultivate learners in the field of Islamic knowledge. This study aims to describe the development of Islamic education curriculum based on State Senior High School 15 TakengonBinaanNenggeriAntara Aceh Religious Culture, with sub focus include: (1) The process of planning the development of Islamic Education Curriculum (2) Implementation of the Religious Education curriculum development (3) the development of evaluation system of the education curriculum of Islamic Studies. This study used qualitative methods to conduct a descriptive approach, data collection techniques performed by the method of observation, interview, document,. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification, checking the validity of the findings made by way of an extension of the participation of researchers: perseverance observations, techniques tringulasi, negative case analysis, Conducting Member Check, detailed description, auditing using a variety of sources, theories and method. Informants researchers that the principal, vice-principal part of the curriculum, teachers of Islamic religious education.
The results showed that: (1) curriculum development planning process includes a feasibility study based Religious Culture curriculum development, starting with the rationale of curriculum development, the cornerstone of the curriculum, curriculum development mechanism, goal-based religious culture curriculum. which will bring significant change to the education and character of students. (2) Implementation of a religious-based curriculum development of this culture can be seen that the high school curriculum Negeri15BNA has hours of learning that are customized with the national education and have an extra hour in the afternoon that the number of Class X: 45 hours of lessons Class XI: 45 Hours Lesson and class XII: 49 hour lessons, plus the additional school hours activities in the afternoon so that the religious culture can be realized. (3) Evaluation of the curriculum is done in a mature and do change to a better way to achieve the goals and expectations of the school in accordance with the vision and mission of the school, then the evaluation of the curriculum is done in order to adapt to the phenomenon that has occurred.
