Abstract
INDONESIA:
Air mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting bagi tanaman. Salah satu fungsi air bagi tanaman adalah untuk mengatur suhu tubuh tanaman melalui proses transpirasi. Ketika tanaman kekurangan air mengakibatkan perubahan energi listrik yang ada pada tanaman, termasuk tanaman chrysanthemum. Energi listrik pada tanaman disebut sebagai bio-electric potential.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang meliputi perencanaan, pengumpulan alat dan bahan, pengumpulan data, observasi tanaman chrysanthemum, perancangan system, implementasi, ujicoba dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengamati pengaruh penyiraman terhadap nilai bio- electric potential pada tanaman chrysanthemum yang dideteksi dengan rangkaian mikrokontroler pendeteksi voltase.
Dari hasil penelitian terhadap tanaman chrysanthemum yang tidak mendapatkan penyiraman memberikan pengaruh pada kandungan bio electric potential yang cukup signifikan. Dimana tanaman chrysanthemum yang tidak mendapatkan penyiraman memiliki kandungan bio-electric potential yang rendah berkisar antara 21-35 mV, sedangkan tanaman chrysanthemum yang mendapat penyiraman meningkatkan kandungan bio-electric potential hingga mencapai 65 mV. Aplikasi ini mencapai tingkat keberhasilan untuk melakukan penyiraman sebesar 66,67%.
ENGLISH:
Water has very important functions for plants. One of their function is to organizer the temperature of plans through transpiration. When the plants lack of water, it effects the changing of electrical energy to the plants, include chrysanthemum plant. Electrical energy in the plant is called as bio-electric potential.
This research used research methodology that cover planning, collecting tools and materials, collecting data, observing to chrysanthemum plant, designing of system, implementation, trying and error, and evaluation. This research was done by observing the effect of watering on bio-electric potential values to chrysanthemum plant which is detected with microcontroller series voltage detector.
From the research shown that chrysanthemum plant that did not get watering influence on bio electric potential content significantly, it is around 21-35 mV, on the other hand chrysanthemum plant that get watering increasing bio- electric potential contain reach up to 65 mV. This application reaches up success level to do watering as much 66,67%.
