Analisis faktor Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) versi Indonesia: Studi psikometri

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan struktur internal dari Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) versi Indonesia dengan bantuan analisis faktor eksploratori (EFA) dan konfirmatori (CFA). Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 251 mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang dipilih melalui teknik convenience sampling. Proses adaptasi alat ukur dilakukan melalui penerjemahan, uji keterbacaan, dan penilaian oleh ahli. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut (KMO = 0,832; Bartlett’s Test p < 0,001). EFA menemukan tiga faktor utama yang menggambarkan gejala afektif–somatik, kognitif–psikologis, dan somatik–biologis. Struktur ini sejalan dengan konsep awal yang dikembangkan oleh Zung. Hasil awal CFA belum menunjukkan model yang cocok, namun setelah dilakukan modifikasi, diperoleh model yang sangat sesuai (χ² = 84.081; p = 0,198; CFI = 0,990; RMSEA = 0,023; SRMR = 0,046). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa gejala depresi pada mahasiswa sering muncul sebagai gabungan dari keluhan emosional dan fisik. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mempertimbangkan faktor budaya dan cara mahasiswa memahami kondisi psikologis saat menggunakan alat ukur ini.

This study aims to find the internal structure of the Indonesian version of the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) with the help of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The study was conducted quantitatively, involving 251 students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who were selected through a convenience sampling technique. The process of adapting the measuring instrument was carried out through translation, readability testing, and expert assessment. The results of the feasibility test showed that the data met the requirements for further analysis (KMO = 0.832; Bartlett's Test p < 0.001). EFA found three main factors that describe affective-somatic, cognitive-psychological, and somatic-biological symptoms. This structure is in line with the initial concept developed by Zung. Initial CFA results did not indicate a good fit, but after modifications, a very good fit was obtained (χ² = 84.081; p = 0.198; CFI = 0.990; RMSEA = 0.023; SRMR = 0.046). These findings suggest that depressive symptoms in college students often present as a combination of emotional and physical complaints. Therefore, it is important to consider cultural factors and how students understand psychological conditions when using this measurement tool.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد البنية الداخلية للنسخة الإندونيسية من مقياس زونغ لتقييم الاكتئاب الذاتي (SDS) بمساعدة تحليل العوامل الاستكشافي (EFA) وتحليل العوامل التأكيدي (CFA). أجريت الدراسة كميًا، وشارك فيها 251 طالبًا من جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج، والذين تم اختيارهم من خلال أسلوب أخذ العينات المريح. وتمت عملية تكييف أداة القياس من خلال الترجمة واختبار قابلية القراءة وتقييم الخبراء. أظهرت نتائج اختبار الجدوى أن البيانات استوفت متطلبات التحليل الإضافي (KMO = 0.832؛ اختبار بارتليت p < 0.001). وجد EFA ثلاثة عوامل رئيسية تصف الأعراض العاطفية الجسدية، والمعرفية النفسية، والجسدية البيولوجية. يتماشى هذا الهيكل مع المفهوم الأولي الذي طوره زونغ. لم تُشر النتائج الأولية لاختبار CFA إلى توافق جيد، ولكن بعد إجراء التعديلات، تم الحصول على توافق جيد جدًا (χ² = 84.081؛ p = 0.198؛ CFI = 0.990؛ RMSEA = 0.023؛ SRMR = 0.046). تشير هذه النتائج إلى أن أعراض الاكتئاب لدى طلاب الجامعات غالبًا ما تظهر كمزيج من الشكاوى العاطفية والجسدية. لذلك، من المهم مراعاة العوامل الثقافية وكيفية فهم الطلاب للحالات النفسية عند استخدام أداة القياس هذه.
