Pengaruh kemampuan inovasi, organizational ambidexterity, dan competitive advantage pada kinerja keuangan di UMKM Kota Malang

Di tengah persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin kuat dan ketat, setiap perusahaan, termasuk UMKM, dituntut untuk senantiasa memperbaiki sistem manajemennya agar mampu bertahan dalam era globalisasi. Salah satu aspek penting dalam menunjang keberlangsungan perusahaan adalah peningkatan kinerja keuangan yang didorong oleh faktor internal seperti kemampuan inovasi, organizational Ambidexterity, dan keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM di Kota Malang.

Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 132 responden pemilik UMKM. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antar variabel.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan inovasi, organizational Ambidexterity, dan competitive advantage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Artinya, semakin tinggi kemampuan UMKM dalam berinovasi, menyeimbangkan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi, serta memiliki keunggulan bersaing, maka kinerja keuangan mereka akan semakin meningkat. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan strategi manajerial yang mencakup aspek-aspek tersebut menjadi sangat penting dalam upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan di tengah tantangan globalisasi

In the midst of increasingly strong and intense competition in the business world, every company, including MSMEs, is required to constantly improve its management system in order to survive in the era of globalization. One important aspect in supporting the sustainability of the company is the improvement of financial performance driven by internal factors such as innovation ability, organizational Ambidexterity, and competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the effect of these three variables on the financial performance of MSMEs in Malang City.

The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method of 132 respondents of MSME owners. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to determine how much influence between variables.

The results showed that the ability to innovate, organizational Ambidexterity, and competitive advantage had a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. This means that the higher the ability of MSMEs to innovate, balance exploration and exploitation, and have a competitive advantage, the higher their financial performance will be. Thus, the implementation of managerial strategies that include these aspects is very important in an effort to maintain and improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner amid the challenges of globalization

في خضم المنافسة القوية والشديدة المتزايدة في عالم الأعمال، يتعين على كل شركة، بما في ذلك الشركات المتناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة، أن تعمل باستمرار على تحسين نظامها الإداري من أجل البقاء في عصر العولمة. ويتمثل أحد الجوانب المهمة في دعم استدامة الشركة في تحسين الأداء المالي مدفوعًا بعوامل داخلية مثل القدرة على الابتكار والقدرة على الابتكار والبراعة التنظيمية والميزة التنافسية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير هذه المتغيرات الثلاثة على الأداء المالي للشركات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة في مدينة مالانج.

منهج البحث المستخدم هو منهج كمي باستخدام أسلوب المسح الذي شمل 132 مستجيبًا من أصحاب المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة. تستخدم تقنية تحليل البيانات أسلوب المربع الصغير الجزئي (PLS) لتحديد مدى التأثير بين المتغيرات

أظهرت النتائج أن القدرة على الابتكار والبراعة التنظيمية والميزة التنافسية كان لها تأثير إيجابي وهام على الأداء المالي للشركات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة. ويعني ذلك أنه كلما زادت قدرة الشركات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة على الابتكار والموازنة بين الاستكشاف والاستغلال، وامتلاك ميزة تنافسية، كلما ارتفع أداؤها المالي. وبالتالي، فإن تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات الإدارية التي تشمل هذه الجوانب مهم للغاية في محاولة للحفاظ على القدرة التنافسية للمنشآت متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة وتحسينها بطريقة مستدامة في ظل تحديات العولمة
