Gambaran pengetahuan sikap dan perilaku tentang hipertensi pada calon jemaah haji (cjh) Kota Batu yang terdiagnosis hipertensi tahun 2023

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku tentang hipertensi pada calon jemaah haji (CJH) Kota Batu yang terdiagnosis Hipertensi Tahun 2023. Hipertensi, atau tekanan darah tinggi, adalah suatu kondisi kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah ≥140/90 mmHg. Penyakit ini menjadi salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di seluruh dunia karena meningkatkan risiko berbagai penyakit kardiovaskular, seperti penyakit jantung koroner, gagal jantung, stroke, dan penyakit ginjal kronis (WHO, 2023). Penelitian ini bertempat di Puskesmas di Kota Batu dengan sampel seluruh calon jamaah haji (CJH) yang terdiagnosis hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Alasan mengambil total sampling karena menurut Sugiyono (2024) jumlah populasi yang kurang dari 100 seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian semuanya. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 30 pasien yang terdiagnosa hipertensi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menjelaskan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan CJH Kota Batu tentang hipertensi sebesar 77% dengan kategori baik, tingkat sikap CJH Kota Batu tentang hipertensi sebesar 77% dengan kategori baik dan tingkat perilaku CJH Kota Batu sebesar 74% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa CJH Kota Batu tentang hipertensi memiliki tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku yang tergolong dalam kategori baik.

This study is a quantitative study with the aim of determining the description of knowledge, attitudes and behavior about hypertension in prospective Hajj pilgrims (CJH) in Batu City who were diagnosed with Hypertension in 2023. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a chronic condition characterized by an increase in blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg. This disease is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide because it increases the risk of various cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, and chronic kidney disease. This study was conducted at the Health Center in Batu City with a sample of all prospective Hajj pilgrims (CJH) diagnosed with hypertension. The research design used in this study is a descriptive design. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. The reason for taking total sampling is because according to Sugiyono (2024) the population of less than 100, the entire population is used as a research sample. The sample taken from this study was 30 patients diagnosed with hypertension. The results of the study explained that the level of knowledge of CJH Batu City about hypertension was 77% with a good category, the level of attitude of CJH Batu City about hypertension was 77% with a good category and the level of behavior of CJH Batu City was 74% with a good category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that CJH Batu City about hypertension has a level of knowledge, attitude and behavior that is included in the good category.
