Persepsi pemustaka terhadap penataan dan temu kembali koleksi di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Jember

Keteraturan penataan koleksi dan efektivitas temu kembali koleksi dalam menunjang kemudahan akses informasi bagi pemustaka masih menjadi permasalahan di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Jember. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pemustaka terhadap penataan dan temu kembali koleksi di Perpusatakaan Umum Kabupaten Jember. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 73 responden yang terpilih menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane sesuai kriteria tertentu untuk memastikan representativitas. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan perhitungan mean dan grand mean kemudian diukur dengan skala interval yang dijadikan sebagai indikator menilai kriteria atau kualitas secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian persepsi pemustaka terhadap penataan dan temu kembali koleksi di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Jember masuk dalam kategori baik. hasil Kategori baik berdasarkan penilaian aspek penataan koleksi dan aspek temu kembali koleksi, dengan perolehan nilai penataan koleksi sebesar 2,97 dan temu kembali koleksi sebesar 3,00. Secara keseluruhan perpustakaan telah memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna dengan baik. Namun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti sistematis atau konsistennya penataan koleksi serta ketersediaan koleksi yang dibutuhkan, sehingga membutuhkan perbaikan dalam konsistensi teknis penataan dan temu kembali koleksi agar kepuasan pengguna semakin meningkat.

The regularity of collection arrangement and the effectiveness of collection retrieval in supporting ease of access to information for library users remain issues at the Jember Regency Public Library. The objective of this study is to ascertain library users' perceptions of collection arrangement and retrieval at the Jember Regency Public Library. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive method, entailing the distribution of questionnaires to 73 respondents selected according to specific criteria to ensure representativeness, as determined by the Taro Yamane formula. The data obtained were subsequently analyzed through the implementation of mean and grand mean calculations. These calculations were then utilized in conjunction with an interval scale, which served as an indicator to assess overall criteria or quality. The results of the study on library users' perceptions of the arrangement and retrieval of collections at the Jember Regency Public Library are indicative of a positive outlook. The "good" category is predicated on evaluations of the collection arrangement aspect and the collection retrieval aspect, with a score of 2.97 for collection arrangement and 3.00 for collection retrieval. In summary, the library has satisfied user expectations to a satisfactory degree. However, there are several aspects that necessitate attention, such as the systematic or consistent arrangement of the collection and the availability of the required collection. Consequently, improvements in the technical consistency of arrangement and retrieval of the collection are required to further enhance user satisfaction.

لا يزال انتظام ترتيب المجموعات وفعالية استرجاع المجموعات في دعم سهولة وصول المستخدمين إلى المعلومات مشكلة في المكتبة جمبر ريجنسي العامة. لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تصور مستخدمي المكتبة حول ترتيب واسترجاع المجموعات في المكتبة جمبر ريجنسي العامة. وكان نوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث الكمي الوصفي عن طريق توزيع استبيانات على 73 مستجيباً تم اختيارهم باستخدام صيغة تارو يامان وفقاً لمعايير معينة لضمان التمثيل. وقد تم تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال حساب المتوسط والمتوسط الكلي ثم قياسها بمقياس فاصل استخدم كمؤشر لتقييم المعايير أو الجودة الشاملة. وقد جاءت نتائج البحث تصورات مستخدمي المكتبة لترتيب المعلومات واسترجاع المعلومات في المكتبة جمبر ريجنسي العامة في فئة جيدة، حيث استندت نتائج الفئة الجيدة على تقييم جانب ترتيب المجموعات وجانب استرجاع المجموعات، حيث بلغت قيمة ترتيب المجموعات 2.97 وقيمة استرجاع المجموعات 3.00. وبشكل عام حققت المكتبة توقعات المستخدمين بشكل جيد. ومع ذلك، هناك عدة جوانب تحتاج إلى الاهتمام، مثل الترتيب المنهجي أو المتسق للمجموعات وتوافر المجموعات المطلوبة، بحيث يتطلب الأمر تحسين الاتساق الفني لترتيب المعلومات واسترجاعها حتى يزداد رضا المستخدم.
