ABSTRAK

Keterampilan berbicara merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan. Aktivitas berbicara pada hakikatnya bukan sekadar mengucapkan lambang-lambang bunyi (huruf) dalam sebuah teks dengan baik, tetapi merupakan aktivitas yang kompleks yang melibatkan berbagai aspek kecakapan berbahasa lainnya dari seorang pembicara (siswa) untuk dapat memahami teks dengan baik.

Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, dalam proses pembelajaran berbicara para siswa perlu dibekali dengan strategi atau teknik berbicara yang tepat yang dapat memudahkan mereka dalam memahami teks.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan "Metode Eklektik" dalam mengembangkan keterampilan siswa berbicara bahasa Arab pada aspek pemahaman yang meliputi; pemahaman informasi dalam teks atau pembicaraan yang di sampaikan dan atau yang di sampaikan pembicara yang menggunakan bahasa Arab. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbicara Bahasa Arab.

Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pretest-Posttest One Group dengan latar pembelajaran di kelas yang telah ditentukan sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu, Kelas Tiga (3) Siswa Madratsah Tsanawih Al-Hamidy Kebon Talo, Lembar, Lombok Barat, dengan jumlah 31 siswa.

Temuan penelitian ini bila dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh pada aspek pemahaman berbicara, yaitu; pemahaman terhadap isi teks (informasi rinci dan penggunaan kosakata) mengalami peningkatan cukup signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan awal siswa dengan rata-rata nilai 64,56 dan kemampuan akhir belajar dengan rata-rata nilai 60,16, begitu juga pemahaman ide/pokok kalimat (menentukan ide pokok) mengalami peningkatan cukup signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan awal siswa dengan rata-rata nilai 50,16 dan kemampuan akhir belajar dengan rata-rata nilai 61.63.

Kemudian bila dilihat dari aspek kegiatan kelas, keterampilan para siswa dalam menggunakan metode ini mengalami kemajuan cukup efektif.

Berdasarkan uji-t (statistik) terhadap hasil pre-tes dan post-tes aspek pemahaman informasi dalam teks, menunjukkan hasil t-hitung (ٛ.ٙٗٓ) > t-tabel (ٕ.ٓٙ) pada p <ٓ.ٓ٘. Begitu juga hasil pada aspek pemahaman ide/pokok kalimat, menunjukkan hasil t-hitung (ٛ.ٜٔٛ) > t-tabel (ٕ.ٓٙ) pada p <ٓ.ٓ٘. Artinya ada perbedaan cukup signifikan antara kemampuan memahami teks bacaan (isi informasi dan ide pokok kalimat) sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran
dengan menggunakan "Metode Eklektik". Dengan demikian, bahwa penggunaan teknik "Metode Eklektik " efektif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan pemahaman berbicara siswa. Sedangkan bila dilihat rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh dari kedua keterampilan tersebut, keterampilan pemahaman isi (informasi teks) lebih tinggi (efektif) dibandingkan dengan keterampilan pemahaman ide/pokok kalimat.

ABSTRACT

The speaking skill is one of the language competence that is needed to be upgraded and developed, Basically, The speaking activity is not only meant producing the sign of sound (letter) in a text well but also it is a complex activities that involve the other speaking skill from the speakers to understand the text well.

To Fulfill The such needs, in teaching and learning process of speaking the students are required to have strategies and appropriate techniques to make them easy in understanding the texts.

This investigation is aimed to find out the effectiveness of using / implementing the eclectic method in teaching the speaking skill of the Arabic, for the understanding aspect that included: The understanding the message from the text or the spoken text which is delivered by the speakers in Arabic.

Based on the aim, the result of investigation expected to be one of the alternative models that can be adopted in teaching Arabic speaking skill. The investigation used the experimental procedure; the design of investigation implanted was the pre- test and post test to one group with taking a classroom teaching process, taken as the sample of investigation. They were the student of the third grade of MTs Al-Hamidy , Kebontalo, Labuan Tereng, lembar, west Lombok NTB, and they were 01 student.

The investigation found out that the method implemented had significant effect to upgrade the student score for bath competences. It was stated that, for the speaking comprehension aspect (the comprehension to the content of the text especially getting detail information and using vocabularies). The student score. For Pre –test on average 46-85 and for Post- test -58-51 and for the compression of getting the main ideal the student score for- pre- test in average 88-51 and for post- test 58-50.

Then for the class activities this method is very use full and effective to develop the student speaking skill Based on T- test (statistic) to the Pre- test and post –test the comprehension aspect of getting the information in a text shows the result t-count (ٛ.ٙٗٓ ) > +table ( ٕ.ٓٙ ) to p< for the comprehension aspect of getting main ideal shows
+- test shows the result t-cont (ٛ.ٜٔٛ )> t- table to P ( ٕ.ٓٙ ) that’s meant there is a significant differences between the comprehension the contain of the text with the comprehension of getting main idea.

Therefore, the use of eclectic method is very effective in developing the student’s speaking skill. Event, for the skill of comprehension the contain of the text is higher than the skill of comprehension of getting the main idea in text
