Pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas VII mata pelajaran IPS di MTs NU Pakis

Hasil belajar merupakan sebuah tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap kompetensi pada ranah kognitif, yang diukur melalui skor dari Hasil belajar yang dicapai pada saat tes tengah semester merupakan gambaran dari proses pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung, dan tidak lepas dari sejumlah faaktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar. Menurut Slameto, terdapat dua kelompok faktor yang memengaruhi belajar, yaitu faktor intern seperti kecerdasan emosional, dan faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan sosial, yang terbagi menjadi tiga kategori utama.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VII di MTs NU Pakis, (2) mengkaji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII di MTs NU Pakis, serta (3) mengetahui pengaruh gabungan antara lingkungan sosial dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII di MTs NU Pakis.

Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs NU Pakis yang berjumlah 77 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode seluruh sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data mencakup penyebaran kuesioner serta pengumpulan dokumen. Instrumen angket terlebih dahulu melalui proses uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan keakuratan dan konsistensinya.

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mencakup uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan sosial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) kecerdasan emosional juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dan (3) secara simultan, lingkungan sosial dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Learning outcomes refer to the level of students’ mastery of cognitive competencies, which is measured through the scores obtained in the mid-semester assessment. The achievement of these outcomes is Shaped by various factors affecting the students’ learning process. According to Slameto, there are two categories of factors that influence learning: Learning outcomes are affected by internal aspects, such as emotional intelligence, as well as external elements, notably the social context, which can be classified into three core groups: the family environment, the school environment, and the societal environment.

This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of the social environment on the learning outcomes in Social Studies of Grade VII students at MTs NU Pakis, (2) examine the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes in Social Studies of Grade VII students at MTs NU Pakis, and (3) determine the combined influence of social environment and emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes in Social Studies of Grade VII students at MTs NU Pakis.

To achieve these objectives, A numerical research strategy involving a correlational research design was employed. The population of this study consisted of all Grade VII students at MTs NU Pakis, totaling 77 students, Utilizing the method of sampling using total sampling. Data collection techniques included the use of questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire instruments were tested for validity and reliability prior to data collection. The data analysis techniques involved classical assumption tests, A statistical approach through multiple linear regression, as well as hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test.

The results of the study showed that: (1) the social environment has a positive and significant influence on students' learning outcomes, (2) emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes, and (3) both the social environmentt and emotional iintelligence simultaneously have a poositive and significant effect on students’ learning outcomes.

مخرجات التعلم هي مستوى إتقان الطالب للكفاءات في المجال المعرفي، والتي تُقاس من خلال درجة اختبار منتصف الفصل الدراسي. مخرجات التعلم هي صورة لعملية التعلم التي تمت، ولا يمكن فصلها عن عدد من العوامل التي تؤثر على نجاح الطالب في التعلم. وفقًا لسلاميتو، هناك مجموعتان من العوامل التي تؤثر على التعلم: عوامل داخلية كالذكاء العاطفي، وعوامل خارجية كالبيئة الاجتماعية، والتي تنقسم إلى ثلاث فئات رئيسية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: (1) تحليل تأثير البيئة الاجتماعية على نتائج التعلم لدى طلاب الصف السابع في الدراسات الاجتماعية في MTs NU Pakis، (2) فحص تأثير الذكاء العاطفي على نتائج التعلم لدى طلاب الصف السابع في الدراسات الاجتماعية في MTs NU Pakis، و (3) تحديد التأثير المشترك للبيئة الاجتماعية والذكاء العاطفي على نتائج التعلم لدى طلاب الصف السابع في الدراسات الاجتماعية في MTs NU Pakis.

لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، استُخدم منهج كمي قائم على أسلوب البحث الارتباطي. شملت عينة الدراسة جميع طلاب الصف السابع الثانوي في مدرسة NU Pakis، وعددهم 77 طالبًا، باستخدام أسلوب العينة الكاملة. وشملت أساليب جمع البيانات توزيع الاستبيانات وجمع الوثائق. وقد خضعت أداة الاستبيان لاختبارات صلاحية وموثوقية أولية لضمان دقتها واتساقها.

تشمل تقنيات تحليل البيانات المستخدمة اختبارات الافتراضات الكلاسيكية، وتحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام اختباري T وF. وتُظهر نتائج البحث ما يلي: (1) للبيئة الاجتماعية تأثير إيجابي وهام على نتائج تعلم الطلاب، (2) للذكاء العاطفي تأثير إيجابي وهام على نتائج التعلم، و(3) في الوقت نفسه، للبيئة الاجتماعية والذكاء العاطفي تأثير إيجابي وهام على نتائج تعلم الطلاب.
