Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penilaian pembelajaran salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru PAI untuk memahami kompetensi pencapaian peserta didik. Sebenarnya, aturan tentang penilaian sudah diatur secara kompleks oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Dengan landasan itu, seharusnya guru PAI profesional harus pandai melaksanakan penilaian secara maksimal dan mengujikan aspek-aspek penilaian PAI dari segi kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik secara seimbang. Namun, pada kenyataannya penilaian pembelajaran PAI saat ini cenderung mengutamakan aspek kognitif, dan terdapat guru yang kurang profesional dalam mengelola penilaian. Kesenjangan tersebut yang ingin penulis teliti. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) Perencanaan penilaian pembelajaran PAI di SMA Negeri 3 Malang; (2) Pelaksanaan penilaian pembelajaran PAI di SMA Negeri 3 Malang; (3) Pengolahan serta pelaporan hasil penilaian pembelajaran PAI di SMA Negeri 3 Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 3 Malang. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI, kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum dan sebagian siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, (2) observasi non partisipasi, dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui 3 proses, yaitu: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui ketekunan atau keajegan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber dan teori.
Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Penilaian Pembelajaran PAI SMA Negeri 3 Malang dengan melakukan perencanaan umum dan perencanaan khusus. (2) Pelaksanaan ujian di SMA Negeri 3 Malang dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dan verifikasi data. Kekurangan dari pelaksanaan ujian di SMA Negeri 3 Malang, mengenai kondisi ruang ujian dan kenyamanan yang diciptakan. (3) Pengolahan, pelaporan dan pemanfaatan hasil penilaian pembelajaran PAI SMA Negeri 3 Malang. Pengolahan, pelaporan dan pemanfaatan hasil penilaian maksudnya, setelah peserta didik melakukan ujian/ulangan, guru mengolah kesemua aspek yang telah diujikan (tugas maupun ulangan) menjadi sebuah nilai yang berbentuk angka, maupun format huruf. Nantinya bisa dimanfaatkan hasilnya, baik bagi guru PAI, sekolah maupun peserta didik. Kekurangan dalam tahapan ini khususnya mengenai pemanfaatan hasil analisis butir soal, sehingga soal yang dibuat guru PAI SMA Negeri 3 Malang membuat soal tergolong ditolak-sangat jelek, dengan tingkat kesulitan mudah, tidak adanya daya beda, serta distraktor yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik.
ENGLISH:
An assessment of learning one whose competence should be owned by a teacher Islamic religious education to understand competence the attainment of a student. Actually, the rule about judgment it is set in a complex manner by the Indonesian government. With that platform, supposed to be the teacher Islamic religious education professional must be good at carrying out the judgments maximally and testing aspects of judgment in terms of cognitive, Islamic religious education of affective and psychomotor equally. However, in fact an assessment of learning Islamic religious education when this tends to by prioritising the cognitive aspects, and there are teachers who lacking professional in managing appraisement. That gap who want to writer carefully. The purpose of this research to describing and analyzing: (1) of planning an assessment of learning Islamic religious education in State Senior High School 3 Malang; (2) the execution of judgments of learning Islamic religious education in State Senior High School 3 Malang; (3) processing as well as reporting the assessment of learning Islamic religious education in State Senior High School 3 Malang.
This study used a qualitative research approach with the types of case studies. Location of research in State Senior High School 3 Malang. Informants in this study is the teacher Islamic religious education, the head of the school, the deputy chief curriculum and the student portion. Using data collection techniques (1) structured and unstructured interviews, (2) observation of non-participation, and (3) study the documentation. Data analysis through 3 process, namely: (1) reduction of data, (2) the representation of the data, and (3) draw conclusions and verification. Checking the validity of the data through persistence or regularity sources and triangulation observations and theories.
The findings of this research show that: (1) Learning Assessment Planning Islamic religious education State Senior High School 3 Malang by doing special public planning and planning. (2) the implementation of the test in State Senior High School 3 Malang by conducting data collection and verification of data. Lack of exercise test in State Senior High School 3 Malang, about the condition of the test room and the convenience of being created. (3) processing, reporting and assessment of learning results utilization Islamic religious education State Senior High School 3 Malang. Processing, reporting and utilization of results that is, after the students doing exams/tests, teachers prepare all aspects that have to be tested (tasks or tests) to a value in the form of numbers, as well as the format of the letters. Later can be utilized the results, both for teachers as well as school Islamic religious education, learners. Deficiencies in this particular stage of harvesting grain analysis questions, so the question of who created the teacher State Senior High School 3 Malang Islamic religious education make the question pertained declined-very ugly, with degrees of difficulty easy, the absence of a power difference, as well as distraktor which is not functioning properly.
