Abstract
INDONESIA :
Model pembinaan yang ada di boarding school berangkat dari tujuan utama pendidikan, yaitu pencapaian akhlak mulia. Adapun tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan model pembinaan di boarding school, Faktor yang menghambat program kegiatan asrama, upaya yang dilakukan asrama dalam menghadapi hambatan-hambatan dan dampak yang dirasakan oleh santri mengenai kegiatan asrama.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus (case study) dengan metode dekriptif. Lokasi penelitian di asrama MAN 3 Malang dan MTs Surya Buana Malang. Faktor Pendukung Program Boarding School Dalam Membina Akhlak Siswa. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah, Kepala asrama, pengasuh, santri, wali santri dan mantan wali santri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, Observasi, dan studi Dokumentasi.
Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap asrama MAN 3 Malang, hal tersebut terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah santri pertahunnya, Sumber daya manusia (SDM) ustadz yang kompeten dan berpengalaman, yaitu pengasuh yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam mengasuh santri, yaitu pernah merasakan tinggal dipondok pesantren, Sarana prasarana yang memadai bagi santri, seperti sarana balajar mengajar, sarana pendukung, dan sarana bangunan yang baik dan lengkap bagi sebuah lembaga asrama, seperti Masjid, kelas, kamar, dan fasilitas internet. Adapun model pembinaan yang dilakukan di asrama MAN 3 Malang dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Model ketauladanan kepada guru atau ustadz, Model pembiasaan, yaitu pembinaan karakter santri melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat positif. Kajian keagamaan, yaitu pembinaan akhlak dengan pendalaman ilmu agama khususnya dengan melakukan kajian-kajian kitab akhlak. Adapun faktor pendukung pembinaan akhlak ini antara lain : Kesadaran santri yang tinggi dalam mengikuti program asrama, tauladan pengasuh bagi santri. Adapun faktor penghambat adalah banyaknya tugas di sekolah sehingga pembinaan di asrama tidak maksimal, lingkungan sekolah yang hiterogen, sedikitnya waktu untuk kajian keagamaan,kurangnya tenaga pengasuh. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan adalah evaluasi program asrama, penekanan disiplin santri di asrama dan kerjasama dengan wali santri. Sedangkan dampak dari program pembinaan akhlak adalah terbentuknya karakter yang baik pada siswa, seimbangnya antara ilmu dan akhlak siswa, terbentuknya generasi yang berakhlakul karimah.

Coaching Models that exist in boarding school depart from the main purpose of education, namely the achievement of noble character. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the model of coaching at the boarding school, factors which inhibit the activity program dormitories, boarding the efforts made in the face of obstacles and the impact felt by the students of the hostel activities.
This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study (case study) with dekriptif method. Research sites in the dorm MAN 3 and MTs Surya Buana Malang. Supporting factors Boarding School Programs In Fostering Student Morals. Informants in this study were, dorm head, caregivers, students, former students and guardians guardians students. Techniques of data collection using interviews, observation, and study documentation.
The findings showed that public trust towards the dorm MAN 3 Malang, it is evident by the increasing number of students per year, human resources (HR) are competent and experienced chaplain, the nanny who has experience in caring for students, which never had lived dipondok schools, facilities adequate infrastructure for students, Study abroad as a means of teaching, support facilities, and means of building a good and complete for a boarding institution, such as mosques, classes, rooms, and internet facilities. The model of coaching is done in a dormitory MAN 3 Malang can be summarized as follows: Model ketauladanan to the teacher or cleric, Models of habituation, which is building the character of students through activities that are positive. Religious studies, namely moral development with the deepening of religious knowledge in particular by conducting studies book of morals. The factors supporting development of this character are: a high awareness of students in residence program, the caregiver role models for students. The limiting factor is the number of tasks in the school so that the guidance in the dorm was not optimal, hiterogen school environment, so little time to religious studies, lack of caregivers. The efforts are boarding program evaluation, emphasizing discipline students in the dorms and students working with carers. While the impact of character-education program is the formation of good character in students, the imbalance between science and morals of students, the formation of a generation of well-behaved.
