Perancangan “The Galaxium” Museum Planetarium dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Analogi di Kota Batu

ABSTRAK:

Perancangan The Galaxium Museum Planetarium di Kota Batu bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah fasilitas edukasi dan rekreasi yang mampu mengenalkan masyarakat pada keajaiban alam semesta. Pendekatan arsitektur analogi digunakan sebagai metode utama dalam perancangan, dengan mengadopsi elemen-elemen galaksi yang menggambarkan harmoni dan dinamika alam semesta. Latar belakang perancangan ini adalah perlunya pembaruan peralatan dan teknologi planetarium agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan edukasi yang lebih modern dan menarik. Selain itu, bentuk visual planetarium yang kuno menyebabkan kurangnya minat masyarakat terhadap fasilitas ini. Kota Batu dipilih sebagai lokasi karena potensi pariwisata dan iklimnya yang mendukung aktivitas observasi astronomi. Hasil dari penelitian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan arsitektur analogi dengan inspirasi galaksi efektif dalam menyampaikan konsep dan narasi terkait alam semesta kepada masyarakat. Dengan adanya The Galaxium, diharapkan masyarakat tidak hanya mendapatkan pengalaman visual dan edukatif, tetapi juga meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap sains dan lingkungan.

The design of The Galaxium Museum Planetarium in Kota Batu aims to create an educational and recreational facility that introduces the public to the wonders of the universe. The analogy-based architectural approach serves as the primary design method, adopting galaxy elements that illustrate the harmony and dynamics of the cosmos. The background of this design stems from the need to update planetarium equipment and technology to meet more modern and engaging educational needs. Additionally, the outdated visual design of planetariums has led to a lack of public interest in such facilities. Kota Batu was chosen as the location due to its tourism potential and climate, which support astronomical observation activities. The results of research and analysis show that the analogy-based architectural approach inspired by galaxies is effective in conveying concepts and narratives related to the universe to the public. With The Galaxium, it is expected that the public will not only gain visual and educational experiences but also enhance their appreciation of science and the environment.

تصميم متحف "ذا غالاكسيوم" للبلانيتاريوم في مدينة باتو يهدف إلى إنشاء منشأة تعليمية وترفيهية قادرة على تعريف المجتمع بعجائب الكون. يتم استخدام منهج العمارة التناظرية كطريقة رئيسية في التصميم، مع اعتماد عناصر من المجرات التي تمثل التناغم والديناميكية للكون. خلفية هذا التصميم هي الحاجة إلى تحديث المعدات والتكنولوجيا في البلانيتاريوم لتلبية احتياجات التعليم الأكثر حداثة وجذبًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الشكل البصري للبلانيتاريوم القديم أدى إلى قلة الاهتمام من قبل المجتمع بهذه المنشأة. تم اختيار مدينة باتو كموقع نظرًا لإمكاناتها السياحية وبيئتها التي تدعم الأنشطة الفلكية. أظهرت نتائج البحث والتحليل أن منهج العمارة التناظرية المستوحى من المجرات فعال في نقل المفاهيم والسرد المتعلقة بالكون إلى المجتمع. من خلال وجود "ذا غالاكسيوم"، يُأمل أن يحصل الجمهور على تجربة بصرية وتعليمية، فضلاً عن تعزيز تقديرهم للعلوم والبيئة.
