Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan agama Islam. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sebagai kegiatan tambahan, maka siswa mempunyai bekal yang cukup untuk membentengi dirinya dari berbagai pengaruh negatif. Kekurangan jam pelajaran serta terbatasnya materi pendidikan agam Islam yang diberikan dianggap sebagai penyebab utama timbulnya para pelajar dalam memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan ajaran agama Islam.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah fungsi dan tujuan diadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan di MTsN Tembelang dan MTsN Bakalan Rayung Jombang, apa saja bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan di MTsN Tembelang dan MTsN Bakalan Rayung Jombang, dan upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan pendidikan agama Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan di MTsN Tembelang dan MTsN Bakalan Rayung Jombang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multikasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru pendidikan agama Islam, pengurus kegiatan ekstrakurikuler agama, pembina kegiatan ekstrakurikuler agama, dan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler agama. Data yang terkumpul diorganisir, ditafsirkan, dan dianalisis dalam kasus serta analisis lintas kasus. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunanan pengamatan, dan triangulasi.
Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Fungsi dan tujuan diadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan yang meliputi menambah semangat anak membaca al-Qur’an dan menulis al-Qur’an, menambah pelajaran agama Islam, menggali bakat siswa yang mempunyai bakat dalam bidang kegiatan esktrakurikuler agama, menyalurkan bakat siswa, menambah suasana religi, meningkatkan bakat siswa, memperdalam tentang keagamaan, menunjang kemampuan siswa khususnya yang memiliki kekurangan dalam masalah ilmu agama, supaya agamanya anak bagus, dan memberikan suatu pembinaan kepada siswa yang berhubungan dengan kerohanian, supaya akhlak siswa-siswi menjadi lebih baik. (2). Bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan meliputi kegiatan harian yaitu menciptakan situasi sekolah yang kondusif, berdo’a di awal dan akhir jam pelajaran, tadarus, shalat dzuha, dan shalat dzuhur. Kegiatan mingguan meliputi bimbingan baca kitab, al-banjari, kaligrafi, qasidah, qiro’ah, qiro’ati, baca tulis al-Qur’an, pidato dua bahasa, infaq, istighosah, dan unit kegiatan kerohanian Islam (UKKI). Kegiatan bulanan meliputi khatmul qur’an, takhasus, dan mabit. Kegiatan tahunan meliputi PHBI, pondok ramadhan, penyembelihan hewan qurban, istighasah, ziarah ke walisongo, pembagian zakat fitrah, dan manasik haji. (3) Upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan pendidikan agama Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan melalui menunjuk pembina yang kompeten, mengikuti berbagai lomba, evaluasi berbagai kegiatan, mengoptimalkan masjid sebagai sarana untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan melatih kedisiplinan, dan peningkatan motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam sebelum memulai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan.
ENGLISH:
A religious extracurricular activities are very helpful in improving students ability in the field of Islamic studies. With the implementation of the religious, the extracurricular activities students have enough stock to distance himself from any negative influence. Less effective lessons to the Islamic religion that provided lessons in public schools is regarded as the cause of the outbreak of flaws the students understand, appreciate and practice the teachings of the Islamic religion.
The focus of the research is the function and purpose of religious extracurricular activities held in MTsN of Tembelang and MTsN of Bakalan Rayung Jombang, whatever form of extracurricular activities on religious MTsN of Tembelang and MTsN of Rayung Jombang, and school efforts in improving the success of Islamic religious education through extracurricular activities in MTsN of Tembelang and MTsN of Bakalan Rayung Jombang.
This research used the qualitative approach with the design of the study multikasus data collection is done with the interview, observation and documentation. research the principal informant, curriculum of vice headmaster, teacher of islamic education, the board of trustees, a religious extracurricular activities extracurricular activities and students who follow a religious extracurricular activities. The data collected is governed, interpreted and analyzed in the case as well as a cross-case analysis. Checking the validity of the data using the extension of participation, diligence of observations, and triangulation.
Research findings show that: (1) the function and purpose of religious extracurricular activities held include the students, reading al-Qur'an and wrote the al-Qur'an, adding the Islamic religious studies, explores the talents of students who have talents in the fields of activities religion esktracurricular, the talent of the students, adding to the religious atmosphere, improving students talents, deepening about religion, support the students ability in particular who have deficiencies in matter of religious knowledge, that his religion is a good kid, and provide a coaching to students who are in touch with the spiritual and moral, so that students become better. (2) Form a religious extracurricular activities include the daily activities which create a conducive school situation, praying in the early and late hours lessons, reciting al-Qur’an, dzuha prayer and dzuhur prayer. Weekly activities include tutoring read the book, al-banjari, calligraphy, graffiti picture, qiro’ah and qiro’ati, read and write al-Qur'an, bilingual speech, infaq, istighosah, and a unit of islamic activities a chaplaincy. Activities include monthly khatmul of Qur'an, takhasus, and spending the night. Annual activities include warning islamic great day, ramadan, slaughtering the animal sacrifices, istighasah, pilgrimage to the wali sanga, division of the fanoos, and hajj rituals. (3) The school's efforts in improving the success of Islamic religious education through extracurricular activities through religious pointing a competent builder, follow the various races, evaluation activities, optimize the mosque as a means to train religious discipline extracurricular activities, and increased the motivation of studying Islamic education before starting a religious extracurricular activities.
