Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengethai program peningkatan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) staf pengajar (dosen) pada facultas Studi Islam di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Dan untuk megetahui sejauh mana fungsi program ini pada fakultas Studi Islam dalam meningkatkan masing-masing pengajar, serta sejauh mana penerapan metode-metode modern dalam pengajaran mereka sehingga bisa mewarnai gaya pengajaran para dosen selaku angguta staf pengajar dalam fakultas sebagaimana mereka telah mengikuti berbagai macam pelatihan pada program peningkatan SDM dan pelatihan peningkatan penerapan teknologi dalam pengajaran.
Penelitian ini juga memperhatikan pentingnya sarana pelatihan dan pengadaan berbagai workshop karena besarnya dan kebutuhan para dosen pada program peningkatan SDM.
Sehingga penelitian ini memberikan saran agar lebih diprioritaskan dalam penggunaan teknologi pada pelatihan SDM serta penerapannya sebagai methode pengajaran yang modrn dan juga penelitian ini memberi saran agar dirancang pembagian yang ideal dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan tersebut
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study to increase the knowledge the upgrade the human resources of the faculty members in Faculty of Islamic Studies at UMM (University Muhammadiyah Malang) and the ability of it to use at Development Program in the university to upgrade the level of faculty members the possibility of the use of modern methods in the education process.
This study included the faculty members at UMM and who already got training courses in Upgrade and development program and ability of use this skills in the technology inside of UMM.
The result of this study showed that planning and training process has good effect in the development of the skills and abilities of teachers, using technology, ways to resolve the problems, and to take the decisions.
Also this study indicated the attention in the various fields of training and workshops in the field of training and development and the desire and the benefits of teachers from these programs.
This study commended to concerned about training by using the development of modern teaching methods and the study commended using the Process of dividing the performance to reach the high quality of working and teaching.
