Bentuk budaya partisipasi di kalangan kontributor Media NU Online Jatim wilayah Malang Raya dalam penulisan konten informasi

Media NU Online Jatim telah berkembang menjadi salah satu media yang berpengaruh dan menjadi rujukan utama dalam berbagai kegiatan keagamaan khususnya di wilayah Malang Raya. Kualitas informasi yang disajikan erat kaitannya dengan pemahaman kontributor terhadap nilai-nilai ke NU-an yang menjadi landasan utama media ini sebagai representasi Islam moderat berakidah Ahlusunnah wal Jamaah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji budaya partisipasi di kalangan kontributor wilayah Malang Raya dalam proses penulisan konten informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah para kontributor NU Online Jatim di wilayah Malang Raya, sedangkan informan penelitian terdiri dari tiga kontributor yang secara aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses produksi dan penyebaran konten informasi di media tersebut. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah bentuk budaya partisipasi dalam penulisan konten informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya terdapat empat bentuk budaya partisipasi sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Jenkins yaitu (1) afiliasi, tampak dari terbentuknya hubungan sosial antar kontributor melalui proses formal dan nonformal, yang berfungsi menjaga peran serta membangun kerja sama dalam produksi konten informasi; (2) ekspresi, tercermin dalam keberagaman gaya penulisan kontributor yang disesuaikan dengan segmentasi audiens sehingga pesan dalam konten dapat disampaikan secara efektif dan tepat sasaran; (3) kerjasama dalam tim, terlihat dari kolaborasi peliputan, pertukaran ide, dan kunjungan ke berbagai daerah yang membentuk jejaring sosial sebagai modal sosial untuk memperkuat keterhubungan dan mendukung proses kolaboratif; dan (4) sirkulasi, mencakup proses dari penciptaan informasi, penyuntingan editorial untuk menjamin kredibilitas, hingga distribusi konten melalui media sosial dan kanal resmi yang berfungsi memperluas jangkauan dan mempercepat pendistribusian sehingga dapat membuka ruang diskusi dengan audiens.

Nahdlatul Ulama Online Media East Java has grown into one of the most influential media outlets and a primary reference for various religious activities, particularly in the Malang Raya region. The quality of the information presented is closely related to the contributors' understanding of NU values, which form the main foundation of this media outlet as a representative of moderate Islam with the Ahlusunnah wal Jamaah creed. This study aims to examine the culture of participation among contributors in the Malang Raya region in the process of writing informational content. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects are NU Online Jatim contributors in the Malang Raya region, while the research informants consist of three contributors who actively participate in the production and dissemination of information content on the media. The object of this research is the form of participatory culture in the writing of information content. The results of the study indicate that there are four forms of participatory culture as stated by Jenkins, namely (1) affiliation, evident in the formation of social relationships among contributors through formal and informal processes, which serve to maintain roles and build cooperation in the production of information content; (2) expression, reflected in the diversity of contributors' writing styles tailored to audience segmentation so that messages in the content can be conveyed effectively and accurately; (3) teamwork, seen in collaborative reporting, exchange of ideas, and visits to various regions, which form a social network as social capital to strengthen connectivity and support the collaborative process; and (4) circulation, which includes the process from information creation, editorial editing to ensure credibility, to content distribution through social media and official channels, which serves to expand reach and accelerate distribution, thereby opening up space for discussion with the audience.

تطورت وسائل إعلام نهضة العلماء على الإنترنت جاوة الشرقية لتصبح من الوسائل المؤثرة والمصدر الرئيسي في مختلف الأنشطة الدينية، خاصة في منطقة مالانج رايا. وترتبط جودة المعلومات المقدمة ارتباطًا وثيقًا بفهم المساهمين لقيم النهج النحوي، والتي تُعد الأساس في كون هذه الوسيلة تمثيلاً للإسلام المعتدل على عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة ثقافة المشاركة بين المساهمين في منطقة مالانج رايا خلال عملية كتابة محتوى المعلومات. استخدم هذا البحث المنهج النوعي بأسلوب وصفي. وتم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق، مع اعتماد ثلاثة مساهمين من منطقة مالانج رايا كمصادر رئيسية. أما موضوع البحث فهو شكل ثقافة المشاركة في كتابة محتوى المعلومات. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن هناك أشكالًا من ثقافة المشاركة بحسب جينكينز، وهي: (١) الانتماء، والذي يظهر من خلال العلاقات الرسمية وغير الرسمية بين المساهمين والتي تستمر في الفضاء الرقمي مثل مجموعات الواتساب؛ (٢) التعبير، والذي يتجلى في تنوع أساليب الكتابة حسب فئة الجمهور؛ (٣) العمل الجماعي، الذي يبدو من خلال التعاون أثناء التغطية وتبادل الأفكار والزيارات إلى مختلف المناطق لإنتاج محتوى من وجهات نظر متعددة؛ و(٤) التداول، والذي يشمل عملية الإنشاء والمراجعة التحريرية وتوزيع المعلومات من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وشبكات التنظيم والقنوات الرسمية لنهضة العلماء على الإنترنت جاوة الشرقية، والتي تفتح أيضًا مجالًا للنقاش مع الجمهور
