Abstract

ABSTRAK:

Proses pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen stok menjadi aspek pentingdalam operasional sebuah supermarket. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalahketidaktepatan dalam menentukan prioritas penyimpanan dan pengadaan barang, akibatkeputusan yang masih bersifat manual atau tanpa perhitungan berbasis data yang jelas. Halini berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan stok, seperti kekurangan barang yangdiminati atau penumpukan barang yang kurang laku. Untuk mengatasi permasalahantersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalamsimulasi operasional supermarket guna membantu menentukan prioritas restok barangsecara objektif. Metode SAW dipilih karena mampu mengolah beberapa kriteria pentingseperti harga, jumlah stok, masa kadaluarsa, dan data permintaan untuk menghasilkan skorprioritas setiap barang. Nilai tersebut ditampilkan dalam sistem ranking agar pengambilankeputusan restok menjadi lebih efektif dan terukur. Hasil pengujian kelayakanmenggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 80,28 yangtermasuk kategori baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkanmudah digunakan, dapat menyajikan informasi prioritas restok dengan akurat, danberpotensi menjadi media edukatif bagi pemain dalam memahami konsep pengambilankeputusan berbasis data di lingkungan supermarket.

ABSTRACT:

The decision-making process in stock management is an important aspect in theoperation of a supermarket. The problem that often occurs is the inaccuracy in determiningthe priority of storage and procurement of goods, due to decisions that are still manual orwithout clear data-based calculations. This has the potential to cause stock imbalances,such as a shortage of goods in demand or an accumulation of goods that are not sellingwell. To overcome these problems, this research applies the Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) method in simulating supermarket operations to help determine the priority ofstocking goods objectively. The SAW method was chosen because it is able to processseveral important criteria such as price, stock quantity, expiration period, and demand datato produce a priority score for each item. The score is displayed in a ranking system tomake restock decision making more effective and measurable. The results of feasibilitytesting using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained an average score of 80.28 whichis in the good category. This finding shows that the developed system is easy to use, canpresent restock priority information accurately, and has the potential to become aneducational medium for players in understanding the concept of data-based decisionmaking in a supermarket environment.The decision-making process in stock managementis an important aspect in the operation of a supermarket.
