Perkembangan gaya hidup masyarakat yang semakin dinamis, dipengaruhi oleh digitalisasi serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan kesehatan dan keberlanjutan, telah mendorong perubahan fungsi ruang publik secara signifikan. Generasi Z sebagai kelompok usia dominan saat ini cenderung lebih menghargai pengalaman, interaksi sosial, dan keberlanjutan dibandingkan kepemilikan materi. Di Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri, hal ini tercermin melalui perkembangan Kampung Inggris sebagai pusat eduwisata yang diminati oleh ribuan pelajar dari berbagai daerah. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kebutuhan akan ruang yang tidak hanya mendukung kegiatan belajar non-formal, tetapi juga sesuai dengan gaya hidup modern serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Namun, saat ini masih terdapat keterbatasan fasilitas yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan tersebut secara terpadu.

Lifestyle Center for Edutainment sebagai pusat kegiatan multifungsi yang menggabungkan fasilitas belajar, area komersial bagi pelaku UMKM, zona hiburan, serta ruang terbuka hijau. Konsep perancangan mengadopsi pendekatan arsitektur biofilik guna menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, nyaman, dan selaras dengan alam. Fasilitas ini dirancang secara inklusif untuk mendukung pendidikan non-formal, mengembangkan kreativitas generasi muda, dan memperkuat perekonomian lokal secara berkelanjutan. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh fasilitas publik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi masa kini serta mendukung visi kabupaten Kediri.

The increasingly dynamic lifestyle of society, influenced by digitalization and a growing awareness of health and sustainability, has significantly driven changes in the function of public spaces. Generation Z, as the dominant age group today, tends to value experiences, social interaction, and sustainability more than material possessions. In Pare District, Kediri Regency, this is reflected in the development of Kampung Inggris (English Village) as an edu-tourism center attracting thousands of students from various regions. This condition has created a need for spaces that not only support non-formal learning activities but also align with modern lifestyles and encourage local economic growth. However, there are currently limitations in facilities capable of accommodating these needs in an integrated manner.

This research proposes a Lifestyle Center for Edutainment as a multifunctional activity hub integrating learning facilities, commercial areas for MSME actors, entertainment zones, and green open spaces. The design concept adopts a biophilic architectural approach to create a healthy, comfortable, and nature-harmonious environment. This facility is inclusively designed to support non-formal education, foster the creativity of the younger generation, and strengthen the local economy sustainably. This design is expected to serve as an example of a public facility that meets the needs of the current generation and supports the vision of Kediri Regency.

لقد أدت التطورات المتسارعة في أنماط حياة المجتمع، المتأثرة بالرقمنة وتزايد الوعي بالصحة والاستدامة، إلى تغييرات كبيرة في وظيفة الأماكن العامة. يميل الجيل Z، الذي يهيمن حاليًا على الفئات العمرية، إلى تقدير التجارب والتفاعلات الاجتماعية والاستدامة أكثر من الملكية المادية. في منطقة باري، بمدينة كديري، ينعكس هذا في تطور "كامبونج إنجريس" (قرية الإنجليزية) كمركز سياحي تعليمي يجذب آلاف الطلاب من مختلف المناطق. يخلق هذا الوضع حاجة إلى مساحات لا تدعم الأنشطة التعليمية غير الرسمية فحسب، بل تتوافق أيضًا مع أنماط الحياة الحديثة وتعزز النمو الاقتصادي المحلي. ومع ذلك، لا تزال هناك قيود على المرافق القادرة على تلبية هذه الاحتياجات بطريقة متكاملة
