Implementasi aplikasi Edupongo untuk peningkatan layanan administrasi peserta didik dan akademik di Sekolah Menengah Atas Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat berpengaruh pada dunia pendidikan. Dalam konteks sekolah, pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis administrasi menjadi semakin penting untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses administratif dan juga akademik. Abstrak ini menyajikan gambaran tentang implementasi aplikasi edupongo yang ada di SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang dan dampaknya pada layanan administrasi peserta didik dan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan yang meliputi implementasi sistem informasi manajemen, serta dampaknya terhadap pelayanan administrasi dan akademik di SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai penguat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, tampilan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk memeriksa keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi edupongo di SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang dapat digunakan untuk penerimaan peserta didik baru, pembiayaan pendidikan, presensi digital,jurnal mengajar guru,pencatatan prestasi akademik dan nonakademik serta hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan administrasi dan akademik. Dampak aplikasi edupongo di SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang dapat di ukur berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang digunakan untuk melihat dan mengukur kualitas layanan administrasi dan akademik di SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang yaitu Tangibel, Keandalan, Ketanggapan, Assurance, dan Empathy. Dengan adanya edupongo layanan administrasi dan akademik mengalami peningkatan layanan.

Advances in information and communication technology have a great influence on the world of education. In the context of schools, the use of administration-based applications is becoming increasingly important to simplify and improve the efficiency of administrative and academic processes. This abstract presents an overview of the implementation of the edupongo application at the Laboratory High School of the State University of Malang and its impact on student and academic administrative services. This study aims to describe the application of education management information systems which includes the implementation of management information systems, as well as its impact on administrative and academic services at Laboratory High School, State University of Malang.

This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques as reinforcement. Data analysis is carried out by qualitative analysis techniques which include data collection, data condensation, data display and conclusion drawn. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, triangulation techniques and time triangulation.

The results of this study show that the implementation of the edupongo application at the Laboratory High School of the State University of Malang can be used for the admission of new students, education financing, digital presence, teacher teaching journals, recording of academic and non-academic achievements as well as matters related to administration and academics. The impact of the edupongo application at the Laboratory High School of the State University of Malang can be measured based on the five dimensions of service quality used to see and measure the quality of administrative and academic services at the Laboratory High School of the State University of Malang, namely Tangibel, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. With the existence of edupongo, administrative and academic services have increased services.

التقدم في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات له تأثير كبير على عالم التعليم. في سياق المدارس، أصبح استخدام التطبيقات المعتمدة على الإدارة أكثر أهمية بشكل متزايد لتبسيط وتحسين كفاءة العمليات الإدارية والأكاديمية. يقدم هذا الملخص نظرة عامة على تنفيذ تطبيق ايدوفوغو في مدرسة مختبر الثانوية بجامعة مالانج الحكومية وتأثيره على خدمات الطلاب والإدارة الأكاديمية.

تم جمع البيانات باستخدام تقنيات المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق كتعزيز. يتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تقنيات التحليل النوعي التي تشمل جمع البيانات، تكثيف البيانات، عرض البيانات واستخلاص الاستنتاجات. في هذه الأثناء، للتحقق من صحة البيانات، استخدم الباحث تقنيات التثليث، وهي تثليث المصادر، وتقنيات التثليث، وتثليث الزمن.

تُظهر نتائج هذه الدراسة أن تنفيذ تطبيق ايدوفوغو في المدرسة الثانوية المخبرية بجامعة مالانج الحكومية يمكن استخدامه في قبول الطلاب الجدد، وتمويل التعليم، والحضور الرقمي، ومجلات تدريس المعلمين، وتسجيل الإنجازات الأكاديمية وغير الأكاديمية، بالإضافة إلى الأمور المتعلقة بالإدارة والأكاديميات. يمكن قياس تأثير تطبيق ايدوفوغو في المدرسة الثانوية المخبرية بجامعة مالانج الحكومية بناءً على الأبعاد الخمسة لجودة الخدمة المستخدمة لرؤية وقياس جودة الخدمات الإدارية والأكاديمية في المدرسة الثانوية المخبريةبجامعة مالانج الحكومية، وهي الملموسية، الموثوقية، الاستجابة، الضمان والتعاطف مع وجود تطبيق إيدوبونغو، زادت الخدمات الإدارية والأكاديمية.
