Analisis sistem informasi akuntansi siklus produksi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pada PT Rikio Indonesia

Industri manufaktur memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, dengan sektor manufaktur menjadi kontributor terbesar bagi PDB negara. PT. Rikio Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur dalam pembuatan alas kaki yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Perusahaan ini tengah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola proses produksi dan persediaan, yang beberapa kali terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan dikarenakan sistem informasi akuntansi yang masih kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada siklus produksi di PT. Rikio Indonesia sekaligus memberikan gambaran sistem informasi akuntansi yang lengkap dan lebih efektif untuk digunakan guna meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitaf. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan berupa analisis pembandingan antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada siklus produksi di perusahaan yang berdampak terhadap tingkat produktivitasnya, dengan dilengkapi rancangan flowchart siklus produksi yang lebih lengkap dan efektif.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIA dapat mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, meningkatkan pengelolaan persediaan, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Peneliti mengajukan rancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dilengkapi dengan dokumen-dokumen yang dibutuhkan, antara lain: daftar kebutuhan bahan baku, daftar kegiatan produksi, bukti penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang serta laporan produksi selesai pada siklus produksi agar dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian, penerapan SIA yang optimal dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan perusahaan manufaktur di PT. Rikio Indonesia.

The manufacturing industry plays an important role in driving Indonesia's economic growth, with the manufacturing sector being the largest contributor to the country's GDP. PT. Rikio Indonesia is a footwear manufacturing company operating in Pasuruan Regency. This company is currently facing challenges in managing production and inventory processes, where several errors in recording have occurred due to the accounting information system being less efficient.This research aims to analyze the application of accounting information systems in the production cycle at PT. Rikio Indonesia also provides an overview of a complete and more effective accounting information system that can be used to increase company productivity.

The research method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive method. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis carried out was in the form of a comparative analysis between before and after the implementation of the accounting information system in the company's production cycle which had an impact on the level of productivity, equipped with a more complete and effective production cycle flowchart design.

The research results show that implementing AIS can reduce recording errors, improve inventory management, and support better decision making. The researcher proposed a design for an accounting information system equipped with the required documents, including: a list of raw material requirements, a list of production activities, proof of receipt and release of goods as well as production reports completed in the production cycle so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. Thus, optimal implementation of AIS can increase the productivity and sustainability of manufacturing companies at PT. Rikio Indonesia.

تظهر نتائج البحث أن تطبيق AIS يمكن أن يقلل من أخطاء التسجيل، ويحسن إدارة المخزون، ويدعم اتخاذ القرارات بشكل أفضل. واقترح الباحث تصميماً لنظام معلومات محاسبي مزود بالمستندات المطلوبة والتي تشمل: قائمة متطلبات المواد الخام، قائمة أنشطة الإنتاج، إثبات استلام وإخراج البضائع بالإضافة إلى تقارير الإنتاج المكتملة في دورة الإنتاج بحيث يمكن تشغيله بشكل أكثر فعالية وكفاءة. وبالتالي، فإن التنفيذ الأمثل لنظام AIS يمكن أن يزيد من إنتاجية واستدامة شركات التصنيع في PT. ريكيو اندونيسيا.
