Konstruksi triple helix pada UMKM dan pariwisata Halal dalam perekonomian masyarakat berkelanjutan di pantai Blimbingsari Banyuwangi

Penelitian tentang kontribusi UMKM dan pariwisata halal masih belum dilakukan secara spesifik, khususnya yang mendukung pada destinasi integratif keberlanjutan baik dari sisi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan lingkungan itu sendiri. Pantai Blimbingsari Banyuwangi juga bagian dari respons strategis yang mampu mengangkat kabupaten ini sebagai salah satu daerah di Jawa Timur yang menjanjikan perubahan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab kontribusi UMKM dan pariwisata halal dalam perekonomian masyarakat berkelanjutan di pantai blimbingsari melalui kacamata triple helix.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara yang mendalam kepada pelaku UMKM, Pemerintah setempat, pegiat pariwisata dan pengunjung. Kemudian data yang sudah divalidasi menggunakan triangulasi data diolah menggunakan aplikasi Atlas Ti 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi UMKM secara mencolok sangat mendominasi dan mendorong ekonomi masyarakat berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi pelaku UMKM, komunitas lokal dan Pemerintah Setempat. Strategi pengembangan UMKM di Pantai Blimbingsari melibatkan pendekatan hibrida yang menggabungkan layanan halal dan prinsip Islam, serta inovasi dalam pemasaran. dan Keberlanjutan ekonomi di Pantai Blimbingsari diwujudkan melalui kolaborasi model Triple Helix antara pemerintah, UMKM, dan komunitas lokal.

Kontribusi signifikan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan Model Triple Helix, yang merupakan kerja sama antara pemerintah, komunitas, dan sektor bisnis, dalam konteks pengembangan UMKM berbasis syariah. Selain itu, disertasi ini berkontribusi teoretis dengan menyelidiki peran pariwisata sebagai sektor ekonomi berbasis komunitas (community-based economy).

Research on the contribution of MSMEs and halal tourism has not been carried out specifically, especially those that support sustainable integrative destinations in terms of economic growth and the environment itself. Blimbingsari Beach, Banyuwangi is also part of a strategic response that is able to elevate this district as one of the areas in East Java that promises sustainable change. This study attempts to answer the contribution of MSMEs and halal tourism in the sustainable community economy on Blimbingsari Beach through the triple helix perspective.

This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach, data collection through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, the local government, tourism activists and visitors. Then the data that has been validated using data triangulation is processed using the Atlas Ti 9 application. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of MSMEs is strikingly dominant and drives a sustainable community economy through collaboration between MSME actors, local communities and the local government. The MSME development strategy at Blimbingsari Beach involves a hybrid approach that combines halal services and Islamic principles, as well as innovation in marketing. and Economic sustainability in Blimbingsari Beach is realized through collaboration of the Triple Helix model between the government, MSMEs, and local communities.

A significant contribution to this study is the use of the Triple Helix Model, which is a collaboration between the government, community, and the business sector, in the context of developing sharia-based MSMEs. In addition, this dissertation contributes theoretically by investigating the role of tourism as a community-based economy sector.
