Pengaruh workload dan burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja pada home industry megapro shuttlecoks

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada Home Industry Megapro Shuttlecoks di Kabupaten Malang, dimana keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan tidak terlepas dari aspek sumber daya manusianya. Peran sumber daya manusia sangat berpengaruh di setiap sektor dalam perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh burnout dan workload terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai intervening.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja Home Industry Megapro Shuttlecoks, Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Workload (X1), Burnout (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (Y), dan Motivasi Kerja (Z). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).

Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa burnout berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, workload berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, burnout berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja, workload berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs at Home Industry Megapro Shuttlecoks in Malang Regency, where the success of a company in achieving its planned goals is inseparable from the aspect of its human resources. The role of human resources is very influential in every sector in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of burnout and workload on job satisfaction with work motivation as intervening.

This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. The population in this study were Megapro Shuttlecoks Home Industry workers, the sample of this study were 45 respondents. Data collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are Workload (X1), Burnout (X2), Job Satisfaction (Y), and Work Motivation (Z). Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.

The results of this study indicate that burnout affects job satisfaction, workload affects job satisfaction, burnout affects job satisfaction through work motivation, workload affects job satisfaction through work motivation.

البحث هذا يعود الى الظاهرة التي تحدث في صناعة المنزل ميغابرو شاتلكوكس في محافظة مالانج، حيث نجاح الشركة في تحقيق الهدف الذي تم تخطيطه لا ينفصل عن جانب الموارد البشرية. دور الموارد البشرية له تأثير كبير في كل قطاع من قطاعات الشركة. يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة تأثير الإرهاق وضغط العمل على رضا العمل مع التحفيز كوسيط

البحث هذا يستخدم منهج كمي مع نوع شرح. السكان في البحث هذا هم عمال صناعة منزلية ميجابرو شاتلكوكس، والعينة من البحث هذا عددها 45 مستجيب. البيانات التي تم جمعها باستخدام استبيان. المتغيرات في البحث هذا هي الإرهاق (X1)، رضا العمل (X2)، عبء العمل (Y)، ودافع العمل (Z). تحليل البيانات في البحث هذا يستخدم منهج التحليل الجزئي للأقل المربعات

من نتائج هذه الدراسة يظهر أن الإرهاق يؤثر على رضا العمل، والعمل يؤثر على رضا العمل، والإرهاق يؤثر على رضا العمل من خلال دافع العمل، والعمل يؤثر على رضا العمل من خلال دافع العمل.
