Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kemajuan kehidupan masyarakat suatu negara sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan dalam dunia pendidikannya, dalam hal ini pendidikan dasar sangat berperan dalam membangun karakter serta kepribadian anak, agar ketika dewasa nanti tidak terjerumus pada hal yang tidak diinginkan. Pembinaan karakter tersebut salah satunya adalah dengan mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah-sekolah.
Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana program ekstrakurikuler yang dikembangkan di MIN Sumberjati untuk menginternalisasikan nilai karakter pada siswa?Bagaimana upaya peningkatan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam rangka internalisasi nilai karakter siswa? Bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan ekstrakurikuler terhadap pembinaan karakter siswa?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: mendiskripsikan program ekstrakurikuler yang dikembangkan di MIN Sumberjati untuk menginternalisasikan nilai karakter pada siswa. Mendiskripsikan upaya peningkatan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam rangka internalisasi nilai karakter siswa. Mengetahui dampak kegiatan ekstrakurikuler terhadap pembinaan karakter siswa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses analisa data dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan data, editing (pemilahan), dan pengecekan keabsahan temuan. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan data peneliti menggunakan metode triangulasi dan kecukupan referensial.
Berdasarkanhasilpenelitiantentanginternalisasinilaikaraktermelaluikegiatan ekstrakurikuler di MIN SumberjatiKademanganBlitar, dapatdisimpulkansebagaiberikut: 1. Program Ekstrakurikuler yang dikembangkan di MIN Sumberjati untuk Menginternalisasikan Nilai Karakter pada Siswa sebagai berikut: a. Siswa yang memiliki rasa percaya diri, b. Siswa yang peka terhadap keadaan lingkungan sekitar, c. Siswa yang jujur dan menegakkan sportifitas, d. Siswa yang pantang menyerah dan berani mengambil keputusan, e. Siswa selalu optimis, f. Siswa yang terampil, g. Siswa yang mandiri, h. Siswa yang disiplin, i. Siswa yang bersikap sopan, santun dan ramah, j. Siswa yang mampu beradaptasi dan bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan, k. Berpenampilan menarik dan mencintai kerapian, l. Siswa yang berkepribadian religius. 2. UpayaUpaya Peningkatan Kegiatan Pengembangan Diri dalam Rangka Internalisasi Nilai Karakter Siswa antara lain: a) Menunjuk pembina yang kompeten dan mampu untuk membina kegiatan pengembangan diri. b)Pemilihan kegiatan pengembangan diri yang mampu meningkatkan nilai karakter siswa. 3. Dampak Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Terhadap Pembinaan Karakter Siswa lain:a. Moral Knowing: 1) Siswa berani mengambil terutama keputusan untuk diri sendiri. 2) Siswa mampu bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan. 3) Siswa berifat religius dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. b. Moral Loving: 1) Siswa memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi. 2) Siswa memiliki kepekaan terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. 3) Siswa bersikap sopan, santun dan ramah tamah terhadap teman dan orang lain. 4) Siswa berhati-hati dalam mengerjakan sesuatu. 5) Siswa menegakkan kejujuran dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. c. Moral Doing/Akting: 1) Siswa mampu mandiri dalam menyelesaikan tugas. 2) Siswa selalu disiplin dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. 3) Siswa selalu jujur baik dalam perkataan dan perbuatan. 4) Siswa mencintai keindahan, dengan berpakaian rapi dan selalu menjaga kebersihan diri sendiri.

Progress of a country's society is strongly influenced by progress in the world of education, in this case primary education was instrumental in building the character and personality of the child, so that when I grew up not to be involved in things that are not desirable. The character building one is to hold extracurricular activities in schools.
The formulation of the problem in this study are: How extracurricular program that was developed in MIN Sumberjati to internalize the value of character in students? How efforts to increase extracurricular activities in order to internalize the value of the student's character? How the effects of extracurricular activities on student character building?. The purpose of this study is: describe extracurricular program that was developed in MIN Sumberjati to internalize the value of character in students. Describing efforts to increase extracurricular activities in order to internalize the value of the character of students. Knowing the impact of extracurricular activities on character building of students.
This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques such as observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis process from data collection, editing (sorting), and checking the validity of the findings. Checking the validity of the findings of researchers using a triangulation of data and referential adequacy.
Based on the results of research on the internalization of the character through extracurricular activities in MIN Sumberjati Kademangan Blitar, can be summed up as follows: 1. Extracurricular programs are developed in MIN Sumberjati for Character in Students Internalize value as follows: a. Students who have self-confidence, b. Students who are sensitive to the state of the environment, c. Students who are honest and uphold sportsmanship, d. Students who never gave up and pull the trigger, e. Students are always optimistic, f. Students who are skilled, g. Students who are independent, h. Students who are disciplined, h. Students who are disciplined, i. Students are to be courteous, polite and friendly, j. Students are able to adapt and socialize with the environment, k. Look attractive and loving neatness, l. Students whose religious personality. 2. Efforts Increase Self-Development Activities in Connection Character Value Internalization Students include: a) Appoint a competent builder and able to foster self-development activities. b) Selection of self-development activities that increase the value of the student's character. 3. Impact Extracurricular Activities Students Against Character Development: a. Moral Knowing: 1) Students are willing to take, especially the decision for yourself. 2) Students are able to socialize with lingkungan.1) Students are willing to take, especially the decision for yourself. 3) Students berifat religious in daily life. b. Moral Loving: 1) Students have a high confidence. 2) Students have a sensitivity to the surrounding environment. 3) Students to be polite, courteous and suave to friends and other people. 4) Students cautious in doing something. 5) Students uphold honesty in performing daily activities. c. Moral Doing/Akting: 1) Students are able to complete tasks independently. 2) Students are always disciplined in their daily activities. 3) Students are always honest in word and deed. 4) Students love beauty, with well-dressed and always keep yourself.
