Peran Profitabiltas Sebagai Mediasi Pada Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan: Studi Pada Sektor Healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2020 – 2023

Sektor kesehatan di Indonesia mengalami tantangan signifikan selama periode 2020-2023, terutama karena dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang meningkatkan permintaan layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran profitabilitas sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara struktur modal, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap nilai perusahaan di sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi pada perusahaan sektor healthcare yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020-2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews versi 12. Populasi berjumlah 34 perusahaan, dengan metode purposive sampling, maka jumlah sampel yang diperoleh terdapat 13 perusahaan.
Hasil uji penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, karena modal stabilitas arus kas dan model bisnis tidak memerlukan pembiayaan tinggi atau investor lebih fokus pada kinerja operasional dan prospek pertumbuhan perusahaan sehingga tidak relevan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dikarenakan likuiditas tidak dapat mengindikasikan adanya idle cash yang tidak digunakan untuk investasi produktif sehingga tidak dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan penjualan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dikarenakan pertumbuhan penjualan dibarengi biaya operasional tinggi dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak mencerminkan prospek masa depan perusahaan. Sedangkan, secara simultan struktur modal, likuiditas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan profitabilitas secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi struktur modal, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The health sector in Indonesia experienced significant challenges during the 2020-2023 period, especially due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which increased demand for health services. This research aims to examine the role of profitability as a mediator in the relationship between capital structure, liquidity and sales growth on the value of companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2023. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using the Eviews version 12 application. The population amounted to 34 companies, with the purposive sampling method, the number of samples obtained was 13 companies.
The results of the research test show that partially capital structure has no effect on firm value, because cash flow stability capital and business models do not require high financing or investors focus more on operational performance and company growth prospects so that it is not relevant to affect firm value. Liquidity partially has no effect on firm value, because liquidity cannot indicate idle cash that is not used for productive investment so that it cannot contribute to increasing firm value. Sales growth partially has no effect on firm value, because sales growth is accompanied by high operating costs and sales growth does not reflect the company's future prospects. Meanwhile, simultaneously capital structure, liquidity, sales growth, and profitability together affect firm value. However, profitability is not able to mediate capital structure, liquidity, and sales growth on firm value.

شهد القطاع الصحي في إندونيسيا تحديات كبيرة الل الفترة ،2023-2020 ااصة بسبب تأثير جائحةكوفيد19- التي أدت إلى زيادة الطلب على الخدوات الصحية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور الربحية كوسيطفي العلقة بين هيكل رأس المال والسيولة ونمو المبيعات على قيمة الشركات في القطاع الصحي المدرجة فيبورصة إندونيسيا (BEI).

تظهر نتائج ااتبار البحث أن هيكل رأس المال ليس له أي تأثير جزئييا على قيمة الشركة، لن رأس الماليتمتع باستقرار التدفق النقدي ونموذج العمال ل يتطلب تموي يل ورتفعيا أو أن المستثمرين يركزون أكثر علىالداء التشغيلي وآفاق نمو الشركة بحيث يكون كذلك ل علقة لها بالتأثير على قيمة الشركة. ليس للسيولةالجزئية أي تأثير على قيمة الشركة، لن السيولة ل يمكن أن تشير إلى وجود نقد ااول ل يستخدم للستثمارالنتاجي وبالتالي ل يمكن أن يساهم في زيادة قيمة الشركة. نمو المبيعات الجزئي ليس له أي تأثير على قيمةالشركة، لن نمو المبيعات يصاحبه ارتفاع تكاليف التشغيل ونمو المبيعات ل يعكس الفاق المستقبلية للشركةوفي الوقت نفسه، يؤثر هيكل رأس المال والسيولة ونمو المبيعات والربحية وعيا على قيمة الشركة. ووع ذلك،فإن الربحية ليست قادرة على التوسط في هيكل رأس المال والسيولة ونمو المبيعات على قيمة الشركة
