Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kedisiplinan merupakan suatu hal yang terjadi secara spontan pada diri seseorang. Dalam kedisiplinan terdapat fungsi disiplin. Menurut Tulus Tu’u adalah menata kehidupan bersama, membangun kepribadian, melatih kepribadian, pemaksaan, hukuman, menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif. Prestasi belajar dapat diartikan sebagai hasil akhir belajar yang digunakan untuk melihat sejauh mana siswa dapat memahami dan menguasai materi yang telah dipelajari yang dilihat dari nilai berdasarkan tes hasil belajar.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasional yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya sangat signifikan (berarti) pengaruh kedisiplinan guru matematika terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum Batu dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum Batu dengan jumlah 34 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket kedisiplinan guru dan nilai UAS (Ujian Akhir Semester). Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner yang terlebih dahulu di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana, yaitu untuk mencari pengaruh kedisiplinan guru matematika terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: T Hitung = 3,572 dan dikonsultasikan dengan T Tabel = 2,035 untuk N= 33 pada taraf signifikan 2,5% yaitu T Hitung = 3,572 lebih besar T Tabel =2,035 sehingga Ho ditolak sedangkan Ha diterima, dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan guru matematika terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum Batu, artinya dengan guru matematika disiplin yang baik, maka prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akan baik juga.
Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum Batu masuk kategori baik sebab rata-rata jawaban siswa mengarah kepada kedisiplinan guru, Prestasi belajar siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum masuk kategori baik karena 61,8% nilai prestasinya terbanyak antara 61-80, sehingga dapat dikatakan pemahaman siswa pada pelajaran matematika termasuk baik, dan terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan guru matematika terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum Batu.

Discipline is something that happens spontaneously in a person. In discipline there are disciplinary functions. According Tulus Tu'u is arranging a life together, build a personality, personality training, coercion, punishment, creating a conducive environment. Learning achievement can be interpreted as the end result of learning that is used to see the extent to which students are able to understand and master the material that has been studied the views of value based of achievement test.
This study includes a correlational study, that is to determine whether there is a significant (mean) the influence the discipline of mathematics teachers on student achievement in the classroom V Bahrul Ulum Batu Elementary School with the entire population of fifth grade students at Bahrul Ulum Batu Elementary School by the number of 34 students. Methods of encode collection using questionnaires discipline teachers and value UAS (Final Exam). Means of collecting encode in the form of questionnaires beforehand in test validity and reliability. The encode analysis techniques used are simple regression, namely to find the influence of teacher discipline on student achievement.
The results showed that: Compute T = 3,572 and consulted with T Table =
2.035 for N = 33 at 2.5% significant level that is T = 3,572 larger than Calculate T Table = 2,035 so Ho is rejected while Ha received, thus conclude that there is mathematics teacher discipline influence on student achievement in the classroom V Bahrul Ulum Batu Elementary School, it means that with the mathematics teacher discipline well, then the learning achievement of subjects would be good too.
So it can be concluded that the discipline of mathematics teacher at Bahrul Ulum Batu Elementary School categorized good because the average of student answers lead to the discipline teachers, student achievement Bahrul Ulum Elementary School in the category well as the highest performance score of 61.8% between 61-80, so we can say the students' understanding of mathematics, including good, and there are significant discipline of mathematics teachers on student achievement in the classroom V Bahrul Ulum Batu Elementary School.
