Halal supply chain merupakan bagian dari sektor bisnis yang sedang berkembang dan terus meningkat dinamikanya terutama dalam membangun integritas industri halal. Banyak elemen-elemen pada jaringan supply chain kadang masih terlewat dalam menjaga keutuhan standar implementasi halal supply chain dalam menjamin kehalalan produk dari hulu ke hilir. Mengingat komplek dan rumitnya suppy chain pada toko retail, diperlukan pemahaman mendalam mengenai memberikan jaminan produk dan layanan halal dari berbagai elemen penting yang terlibat dalam semua fase supply chain. Penelitian ini berupaya mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut dengan menyelidiki praktik halal supply chain yang memungkinkan tersedianya produk-produk konsumtif di Toko Basmalah masih terkontaminasinya dengan produk non halal.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mixed methods) dengan jenis pendekatan convergent mixed methods design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan penelitian melelalui uji analisis risiko halal pada jaringan halal supply chain. Analisis risiko halal ditekankan terhadap studi ini yang fokus dari terkontaminasi produk non-halal melalui pendekatan SCOR, house of risk, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan fishbone analysis dipilih untuk penentukan rumusan strategi dalam memberikan jaminan halal.

Hasil studi menghasilkan bahwa bisnis proses halal supply chain pada standar produk halal dan layanan syari>’ah secara bersamaan sehingga menghasilkan pengembangan proses bisnis baru dalam memberikan integritas lebih pada Toko Basmalah. Secara konteks, penelitian ini telah menemukan bisnis model melalui proses transformasi dari model halal supply chain manufaktur ke distribusi. Sementara hasil dari analisis pendekatan SCOR dan House of Risk (HOR) dan AHP menghasilkan, halal supply chain performance di Toko Basmalah terintegrasi melalui penekanan pada pemenuhan standar halal dan syari>’ah. Kinerja ini dipertahankan melalui kontrol yang ketat dan pelatihan SDM terkait kepatuhan terhadap prinsip halal, memastikan kepercayaan konsumen dan kestabilan operasional, untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan syariah. Sementara jaminan dan layanan syari>’ah terkonstruksi pada model halal supply chain berupa mengintegrasikan kontrol kualitas, layanan syari’ah, dan keberlanjutan, memastikan kehalalan produk di setiap tahap supply chain sekaligus memperkuat reputasi sebagai retail modern Islami yang kompetitif. Implikasi penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan halal supply chain pada perusahaan retail, tidak sebatas menjaga integritas halal namun supply chain sebagai bagian penting dan vital dalam menyajikan layanan-layanan syari>’ah pada konteks distribusi sehingga menghasilkan halal supply chain dari sudut pandang yang lebih baik dan komprehensif.

The halal supply chain is part of a growing business sector and continues to increase its dynamics, especially in building the integrity of the halal industry. Many elements in the supply chain network are sometimes still missing in maintaining the integrity of the halal supply chain implementation standards to ensure the halalness of products from upstream to downstream. Given the complexity of the supply chain in retail stores, an in-depth understanding is needed regarding providing guarantees of halal products and services from various important elements involved in all phases of the supply chain. This study seeks to address this gap by investigating halal supply chain practices that allow the availability of consumer products at the Basmalah Store to be
still contaminated with non-halal products.

This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods (mixed methods) with a convergent mixed methods design approach. This study was conducted through research development through a halal risk analysis test on the halal supply chain network. Halal risk analysis is emphasized in this study which focuses on contamination of non-halal products through the SCOR approach, house of risk, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and fishbone analysis chosen to determine the formulation of strategies in providing halal assurance.

The results of the study show that the halal supply chain business process on halal product standards and sharia services simultaneously results in the development of new business processes in providing more integrity to the Basmalah Store. In context, this study has found a business model through the transformation process from a halal supply chain manufacturing model to distribution. Meanwhile, the results of the SCOR and House of Risk (HOR) and AHP approaches analysis show that halal supply chain performance at the Basmalah Store is integrated through an emphasis on fulfilling halal and sharia standards. This performance is maintained through strict control and HR training related to compliance with halal principles, ensuring consumer trust and operational stability, to improve the quality of sharia products and services. Meanwhile, sharia guarantees and services are constructed in the halal supply chain model in the form of integrating quality control, sharia services, and sustainability, ensuring the halalness of products at every stage of the supply chain while strengthening the reputation as a competitive modern Islamic retail. The implications of this research explore the implementation of the halal supply chain in retail companies, not only maintaining halal integrity but also supply chain as a vital part in presenting sharia services in the distribution context to produce a halal supply chain from a better and more comprehensive perspective.

وتشكل سلسلة توريد الحالل جزءًا من قطاع أعمال متنام ٍ وتستمر في زيادةديناميكياتها، وخاصة
في بناء نزاهة صناعة الحالل. ال تزال العديد من العناصر في شبكة سلسلة التوريد مفقودة في
بعض األحيان في الحفاظ على سالمة معايير تنفيذ سلسلة توريد الحالل لضمان حالل المنتجات من
المنبع إلى المصب. ونظرا ً لتعقيد سلسلة التوريد في متاجر التجزئة، هناك حاجة إلى فهم متعمق
فيما يتعلق بتوفير الضمانات للمنتجات والخدمات الحالل من مختلف العناصر المهمة المشاركة في
جميع مراحل سلسلة التوريد. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة هذه الفجوة من خالل التحقيق في
ممارسات سلسلة التوريد الحالل التي تسمح بتوفر المنتجات االستهالكية في متجر البسملة ال تزال
ملوثة بمنتجات غير حالل.

تستخدم هذه الدراسة مزيجًا من أساليب البحث النوعية والكمية (mix method) مع نهج تصميم
األساليب المختلطة المتقاربة. تم إجراء هذه الدراسة من خالل تطوير البحث من خالل اختبار تحليل
مخاطر الحالل على شبكة سلسلة توريد الحالل. يتم التركيز في هذه الدراسة على تحليل مخاطر
الحالل، والتي تركز على تلوث المنتجات غير الحالل من خالل نهجSCOR، وبيت المخاطر،
